Clionadh High Voltage Powder Highlighter ($15.00 for 0.21 oz.) has a translucent base chocked full of duochromatic shimmer that shifted from cooler green to warmer, chartreuse green paired with a metallic sheen. It had mostly opaque color coverage in a single layer, though it could be applied with a lighter hand or more feathery brush for a sheerer application of product.
The texture felt soft and smooth to the touch with light creaminess, which prevented it from being powdery. It applied evenly to my skin and diffused well along the edges without emphasizing my skin’s texture. It stayed on well for nine hours before fading visibly.

Formula Overview

There's not much that describes the formula other than it has a "soft, buildable application." They tended to be quite pigmented--semi-opaque to fully opaque--with soft, smoother textures that weren't too dense nor too softly-pressed into the pan. For sheerer or more buildable application, I'd highly recommend using a lighter hand a less-dense brush to do so.
The texture was typically smooth, slightly dense and a bit thicker than most powder highlighters on the market, so they often needed to be really buffed and diffused on the skin. The finishes were often more intense, leaning toward metallic, and occasionally, they emphasized my skin's natural texture when worn at higher coverage levels. They wore between eight and nine hours on me for the most part.

Honestly, I just knew that I was going to love High Voltage, and I definitely do! When that day comes where I finally place an order with Clionadh, this glowy incandescent highlighter will be in there fo sure!
Ugh it kills me I can’t use their highlighter formula on my face (silicone issues) because every shade you review from them is glorious. I love “unusual” shades that would just sing on my pale skin.
