Clionadh High Voltage Powder Highlighter ($15.00 for 0.21 oz.) has a translucent base chocked full of duochromatic shimmer that shifted from cooler green to warmer, chartreuse green paired with a metallic sheen. It had mostly opaque color coverage in a single layer, though it could be applied with a lighter hand or more feathery brush for a sheerer application of product.
The texture felt soft and smooth to the touch with light creaminess, which prevented it from being powdery. It applied evenly to my skin and diffused well along the edges without emphasizing my skin's texture. It stayed on well for nine hours before fading visibly.
