Clionadh Gloaming & Glint Iridescent Glitter Multichromes Review & Swatches
Gloaming
Clionadh Gloaming Iridescent Glitter Multichrome Eyeshadow ($21.00 for 0.05 oz.) has a sheerer, silvery base chock-full of shimmer that shifted between pink, gold, green, and mint green. It had an intense, sparkling finish and a fair amount of shine. Per the brand, it is described as having “a silvery iridescent base that reflects pink-orange-yellow-lime.” I’d agree with this description of the shifts, and I felt like it was a fairly strong shifting shade, too.
The texture was soft, smooth, and moderately emollient, so it was thinner but had good adhesion to bare skin, which helped the product apply more evenly and minimized fallout. I’d recommend pressing/patting it into place or using a fingertip/dampened brush to really minimize fallout, though, as it was fairly sparkly. It had a sheerer base, as the finish is supposed to have, but there was a ton of shifting shimmer/sparkle, so it tended to appear rather opaque unless sheered out on purpose. This shade lasted well for eight and a half hours before fading a bit.

Formula Overview
$7.75/0.05 oz. - $155.00 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to have a "nearly transparent base" so they can be used on all skin tones (despite appearing white in the pan), and they "can be used on eyes, lips, face and body." While other Multichromes may require more specific application or technique, the brand says that this formula can be used "the same way you would" apply any "highlight or shadow."
The "Glitter" finish (which isn't actual, plastic PET glitter!) is more loosely-pressed in the pan, so they need to be used with a lighter hand. They can also have some fallout when used with a dry brush, which is why the brand specified to apply with a fingertip or a wet brush, though I definitely found them very usable with a dry brush (with minor clean-up of fallout required). They wore between eight and nine hours on me before fading a bit.
I found that the shift wasn't as dramatic between the three described color shifts per shade (some more so than others), but they did have a dramatic shift between at least two shades.
I tried a few shades as cheek highlighters, and they applied well on cheeks and diffused readily along the edges without emphasizing my skin's natural texture. They wore between eight and nine hours as cheek highlighters as well.

Glint
Clionadh Glint Iridescent Glitter Multichrome Eyeshadow ($21.00 for 0.05 oz.) has a translucent base packed with shimmer and sparkle that shifted from champagne gold to gold to greenish-gold to lime green to soft blue. Per the brand, it is described as having “a translucent base that reflects bright gold-silver-green-turquoise.” The “silver” read more like pale gold to my eye, but otherwise, I could see all the shifts easily in person on the lid.
The eyeshadow a translucent base, as described, but it was packed with shimmer/sparkle, so it read opaque regardless of whether it was applied dry, wet, or with a fingertip. The texture was soft, smooth, and more emollient, though more loosely-pressed, so a light touch was best used when picking up product. It wore well for eight and a half hours with a slight bit of fallout over time.

Lol.. cannot remember my expected ship date. It’s like crazy ordering from Clionadh 🤪.
Agreed! I ordered on December 19th — all items in stock — but it doesn’t seem likely I’ll see them until mid-February at a minimum.
I ordered on same date.. I cannot even remember what I ordered.. Gloaming better be in there. Oy!
I am DYING to try this brand, but it doesn’t ship to my country yet 😭😭
Gloaming may well be one of the most special shades I’ve ever seen in an eyeshadow. Literally ever. It makes me think of those silver holographic nail polishes that while they do have a silver base, they reflect the entire rainbow of colors!
Even though I typically don’t venture deeply into the cool silver e/s world, I would love to try this one out.
Right? I just had to double check my order to make sure I freaking ordered it. That was back in December.. like I can remember that far back. This is why I have glasses stashed everywhere in my house 😂
These are crazy beautiful! I keep adding and deleting for my next order, it will be interesting what makes the final cut.
I don’t know if I should order this collection since I already own most of the Terra Moons Iridescent Chameleons and I kinda like TM Chameleons formula better .
Holy crap, these are stunning. Adding to the wishlist.
Omg. How colors like this can exist is amazing.
