Clinique Woo Me, Tickled, Suede Even Better Lip Colour Foundation Reviews & Swatches
Woo Me (17)
Clinique Woo Me (17) Even Better Pop Lip Colour Foundation ($19.50 for 0.13 oz.) is a brighter, medium-dark reddish-plum with warm undertones and a satin finish. It had nearly opaque color coverage with a lightweight, lightly creamy texture that was slightly thin but never felt clingy. It wore well for four and a half hours and felt lightly moisturizing over time.

Formula Overview
$19.50/0.13 oz. - $150.00 Per Ounce
The formula features three finishes: "Naked," "Casual," and "Glam." Where these finishes get confusing is that the classification moves as skin tone changes, despite the brand describing "Naked" shades as "softest neutral for a barely-there look" and "Casual" as "a wash of neutral color," which kind of sound more or less the same-- wash, barely-there, etc. "Glam" is described as a "bold pop of color," yet there are shades classified as "Glam" for lighter skin tones that are "Casual" for deeper skin tones.
The formula is supposed to be hydrating with color that lasts up to "eight hours," which are the most concrete claims about the product! The original Pop lipstick formula is described as "rich color plus a smoothing primer." Since the Even Better range is all about matching to one's skin tone--which is why one shade is closer to "Naked" for one skin tone and closer to "Glam" for another--I'm using the original Pop formula as the baseline for the claims here. This means I'm looking for "rich color" along with a hydrating formula that lasts "up to eight hours."
The majority of the range had semi-opaque to opaque coverage with a few shades having more medium, buildable coverage. I noticed that there were some shades that were more of a velvety-matte--felt more primer-like, more silicone-heavy--with good glide but less sheen (more in line with the Pop Matte formula), and others were more true to the original Pop formula with a creamier consistency that had some shine.
As you might have already guessed, the formula does not last eight hours and lasted between four and five hours for most shades with a few deviating from that range. There's nothing in the formula that suggests it would be particularly long-wearing, so they were quite comfortable to apply and to wear, wore down evenly, and were hydrating to wear.
They had no discernible scent or taste.

My picks are for Suede and Trickled! Suede has me thinking PML She’s Heaven Luxetrance… man, but I miss those lipsticks!
Christine, this makeup look is absolutely gorgeous! I especially love it with that last lip color.
Oh wow, Suede is really pretty. I haven’t given Clinique too many looks lately, but these have all looked so smooth and comfortable.
These look more like autumn shades to me – but that’s fine because it is autumn here in Aus. I do love these kinds of colours and Tickled is my favourite one.
Pretty, but not my shades. I do think they would be right up my daughter’s alley and might be included in her Easter basket. Yes, that is right, I still do an Easter basket for my 28 year old daughter!! I think I mostly do it for me as I just can’t seem to let go of some of those events that I use to plan to thoroughly when she was young. I was the best school class parent on record. I made something for every child for every holiday, except when my daughter was in 4th grade because her teacher was Jewish and refused to let me gift the kids for holidays that he did not practice. He relented at “Christmas” because I told him it was a winter holiday, not Christmas, perse. When the kids were making cards to go with the gifts they made for their parents, I showed them how to make a tree in the woods. Some of the kids chose to put “lights and presents” on their tree in the woods. He was not happy. I told him that I wasn’t going to impress either his or my values on the kids. If they wanted to put lights on their trees that was up to them!
Color me jealous. I haven’t lived close enough to my family in twenty years for easter baskets. I really miss the fresh infusion of socks, underwear, and candy. You’re never too old to get cute gifts.
i have been singularly blessed in that way. I never lived more than 2 or 3 hours from the bulk of my immediate family except for a brief time when my brother lived in Tennessee. He didn’t like it there and I think, he also missed the family so he moved back in less than 2 years. This is the furthest my daughter has ever lived from me. She is just about 8 hours away but still not so far that I can’t go and see her frequently.
