Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Cheek to Chic Blusher Review & Swatches
Pillow Talk
Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Cheek to Chic Blusher ($40.00 for 0.28 oz.) is a soft, peachy brown with soft, warm undertones and a luminous sheen. The center shade is a lighter, more shimmery peach, whereas the outer ring of color is a light-medium, rosy brown with a semi-matte to satin finish. It is most practical to use swirled together, though one can concentrate a bit more to the edge or more in the center to darken or lighten. The texture of both shades was the same: silky, smooth, and finely-milled without being powdery nor too firmly pressed in the pan. They applied evenly and blended out easily on my skin. The color stayed on well for eight and a half hours on me.
Per Charlotte Tilbury PR, this shade will return in January (it’s sold out, has been sold out, and so on).

I really want this! So pretty.
Does this mean that the Pillow Talk palette is coming back too? I missed out on that was mad.
That’s what the PR team told me when I asked about both pieces.
I am so happy to hear this! I just read that Exaggereyes will be made permanent and returning in Jan 2019 too!!
I’d like to pick this blush up too on the fence about the palette tho. I heard both coming to Nordys in feb.
This is so pretty! What a beautiful everyday blush color.
That’s a pretty color for light skin tones. I have the dupe Milani Rosa Romantica and it’s more like a highlighter on my complexion. I still haven’t purchased anything from Charlotte Tilbury yet but people seem to love her products.
Pillow Talk has that *something* about it that makes it look like the perfect blush to have on board for everyday use. I’m surprised by the fact that I love it as much as I do!
I’d like to purchase this and the Pillowtalk eyeshadow palette. Even shopped on some U.K. sites a few weeks back in hopes that I’d find it. Glad to know I can save myself some time and quit searching until January.
I have this one, I managed to get all of the Pillow Talk stuff. I like to use it as eye shadow as well.
Christine, do you plan to review the Pillow Talk eye palette as well? 🙂
Not immediately, no – I’m a little lower on new/LE cheek products but am very behind on eye palettes/eyeshadows!
No worries, thanks for responding 🙂 It seems like a new palette drops every minute these days, it’s hard to keep up!
I LOVE the finish of this on your skin, Christine!!! It looks so natural? Yet a little oomph!!!
Very pretty, but I would have liked the outside shade to be a little less orangey.
I missed out on this one when it was first released but will definitely pick it up when it released again in February 🙂 It’s so pretty!
I have mixed feelings about purchasing the eyeshadow palette and blush when they are rereleased, even though I really want them. I hated the “limited edition” hype when they were first launched and the manipulation of their customers. It feels outdated to use these tactics when most people are fully aware of this selling technique. I’ll probably cave and buy them, but I would have a better feeling about Charlotte Tilbury if they stopped with this foolishness.
Christine, you just made my day! I was so bummed I missed the Pillow Talk blush and eye palette. I was hoping you would review so I could at least get a dupe, but I’ll just wait until they release it again. Thank you!
Does the blush look similar to the eyeshadows when applied on the eyes?
I didn’t try it on my eyes!
Hi there,
Can you tell me if there are any dupes for just the darker shade in this? I can’t really see it in person to try to swatch it next to anything (without ordering online), and I think I’d like to try a “browner” blush than usual!
Sorry, the dupes are for the product swirled – you can always use the Swatch Gallery to look up for a particular color, finish, etc.!
