Charlotte Tilbury Ibiza Nights & Bardot Beige Lip Lustre Reviews, Photos, Swatches
Charlotte Tilbury Ibiza Nights Lip Lustre
Charlotte Tilbury Ibiza Nights Lip Lustre ($22.00 for 0.12 fl. oz.) is a sheer, golden beige base with lighter gold and copper shimmer. It is a gloss that it is primarily sparkle and shimmer. While it’s a sparkly, pretty gloss, it doesn’t seem to be in line with how the formula is described. Charlotte Tilbury describes it as hydrating and non-sticky with “un-adulterated colour” and six-hour wear. It’s is significantly less pigmented compared to Sweet Stiletto, which I reviewed previously, and the other shade mentioned in this post. This one lasted for four hours on me, and it was slightly tacky. It was somewhat hydrating over time. NARS Soleil d’Orient (LE, $26.00) is more pigmented, more shimmery. MAC Bared for You (LE, $15.00) is warmer. MAC Water Deities (LE, $15.00) is more shimmery. NARS Sweet Dreams (P, $26.00) is similar. Urban Decay Freestyle (P, $20.00) is slightly darker. MAC Soft Serenade (LE, $15.00) is warmer. Revlon Peach (P, $7.49) is more pigmented. MAC Almond Blossom (LE, $19.00) is lighter. Guerlain Sable Show (LE, $32.00) is more metallic. Charlotte Tilbury Bardot Beige Lip Lustre ($22.00 for 0.12 fl. oz.) is a light, peachy beige with warm undertones and a creamy finish. This shade had semi-opaque color payoff, but the lighter, milkier base did result in some settling into lip lines. The thinner consistency of the gloss kept it from looking really dismal, but it’s a shade that will perform better over a lip liner or lipstick for additional glossiness, shine, or to lighten. It did apply better than many other shades of this lightness. It wore well for four hours on me and was lightly hydrating over time. MAC Chic Supremacy (LE, $15.00) is similar. Divergent Natural Virtue (LE) is similar. MAC Overspiced (LE, $15.00) is warmer. MAC Flair for Finery (LE, $20.00) is pinker. MAC Ready or Not (P, $19.50) is similar. MAC Illicit (LE, $15.00) is similar. Buxom White Russian (P, $19.00) is lighter. See comparison swatches / view dupes.

This is definitely a gloss for layering but a little more color doesn’t hurt!
Yeah, I feel like it should be called out or part of a different range in the formula, lol! It’s so unlike the other two I’ve tried.
Ibiza Nights look pretty, I love sparkly glosses that I can layer over a lipstick!
It is sparkly!
Bardot Beige looks super pretty from a distance! In close up doesn’t look as flawless.
It’s not perfect for sure, but it is better than a lot of glosses (so, improvement is nice, and I look forward to the day when they’re all perfect!).
Ibiza would be nice if you have more pigmented lips and want a nude look, but overall, these are underwhelming. I expect from from Charlotte Tillbury
Neither of these colours appeal to me. Though I’m still interested in having a look at the brand. Been waiting patiently for my opportunity to get to a counter at some point. They’re don’t seem to be many Nordstroms left in South Florida. 🙁
Not a lot of product.
These look like they’d be great for layering. I’m more interested in your blush though lol. I love that color!
nice! I love how your cheeks look, also! What are you wearing on your cheeks?
Charlotte Tilbury The Climax Blush.
None of those would look good on me.
Not a special enough in formula or color to warrant paying $22 for. Easy pass.
Ah, I see what you mean about Ibiza nights – I saw the rating, then the swatch, got a little confused, then read the review properly (I usually go score-swatch-review, for some reason), and all was clear! 😛 I think it’s pretty, but maybe not earth shattering (we’re not going to talk about Bardot *twitchliplinestwitch*) 😉
