Comments that do not adhere to our comment policy may be removed. Discussion and debate are highly encouraged but we expect community members to participate respectfully. Please keep discussion on-topic, and if you have general feedback, a product review request, an off-topic question, or need technical support, please contact us!

Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. Comments alerting us to typos or small errors in the post are appreciated (!) but will typically be removed after errors are fixed (unless a response is needed).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

I feel you on that sephora wait! I almost quit Sephora! Haha! There was no way I could make it mobile, so the decade wait on the laptop lent to me was a relief! But it only let me have a few seconds each time and I had to re-login.. So frustrating! “you’re almost there” Really? Dude, best April Fool’s joke ever! πŸ˜‰

Check the Beautytalk forum at Sephora. Some generous VIB and Rouge members have shared their unused friend codes. A few people were able to use it today (looks like the sale is still on).

Christine, did you know that Lime Crime is now available at Sephora?

Me too! I was surprised to see LC at Sephora, with all the drama associated with that company. Before I forget – thanks very much for reviewing the NYX Wicked line! Just saw them online at Ulta. I’m glad to have a cheaper alternative to LC from a company with a better reputation πŸ™‚

I can’t thank you enough for all the brilliant work you do here. I always check your site first for anything related to beauty and you’ve introduced me to many great brands. I hope you enjoy some proper down time, even with all the holiday collections coming up.

Beauty.com and drugstore.com discounts never apply to my account for some reason. I always click on the link and sign into my account but still won’t work. I called the customer service a few times. They were always not very helpful.

The only thing I know to do is clear cookies/cache, because if you had a previous offer in your cart, it won’t activate the new one. You might be able to try a different browser.

Hi Christine, not sure if its a typo, but what’s 40% off + free shipping? Or is it related to Clarins? Thanks for doing all these lists! I made like 3 trips to Sephora + an online order… *waves goodbye to money*

Thank you, Christine. So far I have enjoyed Urban Decay, Too Faced and Sephora’s F&F. I’m eagerly waiting for Nars and will keep checking this post.

It’s such a shame that the Sephora sale wasn’t for beauty insiders this year. I was looking forward to it for months and was planning on getting the Sephora Favorites Superstars collection. :-/

PSA! PLEASE READ!

The Beauty.com extended F&F family sale is very different now. The original F&F sale had only 2-3 brand exclusions. It now excludes NARS and Urban Decay, which stinks because it was great for non-Sephora VIB’s due to the brand overlap. The full list of current exclusions:

“Discount valid on Beauty.com items only, excluding gift cards and certificates, backordered, out-of-stock items or items from the following brands: essie, Jack Black, Jane Iredale, L’Occitane, MALIN + GOETZ, MenScience, NARS, Perricone MD, SARAHPOTEMPA Tools, Urban Decay. Cannot be redeemed for cash. While supplies last.”

Honestly, I used to appreciate Beauty.com for their sales and how they carried a lot of international and lesser known brands but as a previous loyal customer, I find this change to be arbitrary and frustrating. I only discovered this after seeing the extension and had tried to place another order to pick up a few NARS lip glosses/UD pencils and saw that the offer was not working. I was bewildered since just the day before, I had ordered NARS and UD items which received the discount. Lo and behold, the fine print had changed. I suppose it has to do with the vendors/brands when it comes to exclusions but why was NARS and UD not exempt during the first round of the sale?

Also, their offers and special promotions are not user-friendly at all. Instead of entering coupon codes, you have to click links. This means that if you wanted to use a different offer or coupon code (since they tend to have multiple offers going on at once, and also occasionally send you coupons that have codes) you either have to contact customer service to remove whatever “offer” remains in your bag, or clear your cookies/cache as Christine mentioned before. In addition, their interface is terrible.

Ok rant over. Happy hauling yall!

Thank you for the heads up – that is a lot more brand exclusions. I believe there were only two before (I remember Jane Iredale) – and I did order Jack Black products on the 7th and had the discount applied.

I might have to use that Too Faced deal to get some more products to review!

Quick question about the post overall as I see it’s an affiliate link. Did you seek out and find the affiliate network or did they reach out to you? I’m still relatively new to the blogging world and don’t know how to go about it.

Hi Christine,

Do you think Ulta will be doing a 20% off your entire purchase promo soon? I know they did a 20% off one item sale a week or so ago. I have more than one item I want to purchase from there! πŸ˜‰

Thanks!
Debbie

B-glowing also has a 20% off sale till Nov 15. No sales tax in CA and 7% cashback from a popular cashback site is a plus. $75 for free ship tho. They don’t have some brands carried by sephora or beauty.com but I go there for Anna Sui and Paul and Joe πŸ™‚ They have gorgeous holiday collections.

Is the beauty.com link still working for anyone? When I click through, I don’t see the offer being applied. I’ve tried clearing by cache, browser, everything. I just don’t know if this is happening to just me or if it is happening to everyone!

FYI It cosmetics is only 25% off a purchase of $30 or more. The code wouldn’t work for me so I sent them an email. Nowhere on the site does it say you have to spend $30!

Ohhhh can you please tell me where best to shop Charlotte Tilbury? I need it discounted!!! πŸ˜€ I love you! πŸ˜› Thank you so much for all of these heads up! Now if I can only remember to go through Ebates, or learn how. πŸ˜›

Truly appreciate this as I get so caught up with life and a few specific sales that I completely forget other FF sales and various events. Much appreciated! Now off to do some shopping from a couple listed above. I did some lovely “damage” at the Sephora sales and am ready to hit up a few more items. Best regards!
