Charlotte Tilbury Charlotte Darling Easy Eye Palette Review & Swatches
Charlotte Darling
Charlotte Tilbury Charlotte Darling Easy Eye Palette ($57.00 for 0.19 oz.) includes six shades that have been pulled from Bella Sofia (previously The Dolce Vita) and the Love Eyes/Happy Eyes trios from the Stars in Your Eyes palette. All six shades performed well; they were pigmented, blendable, and easy to work with and lasted eight to nine hours on me.
I don’t think it’s the same as the Easy Smokey Eye Palette that launched earlier this year at Nordstrom, but there is a fair amount of overlap between Easy Smokey Date (Enhance), Easy Smokey Day (Smoke), and Easy Smokey Day (Prime). (the other three are less similar).

The Dolce Vita #1
The Dolce Vita #1 is a bright, light-medium gold with strong, warm peach undertones and a metallic finish. The eyeshadow had rich color coverage paired with a smooth, cream-like texture that was dense without being too heavy or too thick, so it sat well on bare skin and blended out easily. I felt like it was softer than I recall the original quad I have this in (which was from when the first debuted stateside). It stayed on nicely for eight and a half hours before starting to fade.

This is a lovely little monotone palette with enough nuances in the shade selection to work either by itself or in conjunction with other palettes. All the shades are of excellent quality and no duds.
Christine, I think the link is wrong. It mentions Colour Pop 9 pan.
Easy pass! I think the market for these shades are so saturated. But if not, it’s so pretty.
I’m so sorry!!
Never apologize for that! You really do so much herewith reviews and posts to inspire thought. You’ve been sick and still deliver amazing posts!
This palette is absolutely gorgeous! Unfortunately, too warm for my fair, way, way cool-toned skin. I have too many warm palettes, plus bought several of Pat McGrath’s, Hourglass’, Surrautt’s, Chanel’s, and Kevyn Aucoin’s items in the past two weeks. I am broke! But, hey, maybe I’ll be looking beautiful.
Thank you for always giving a full description and rating, plus dupes, which I know takes so much time and effort. It really helps narrow the field and focus me on what would work. Your knowledge shows through when you list so many dupes and the value of the comparisons. Your site and YOU are a gem!
Nice little palette! I really like it, which surprises me a little bit. The surprise due to my already having many warm-tone eyeshadows, but most of mine are spread out over many different palettes and singles. This would be convenient!
Tempting. I love coral, peach, and reddish browns. Also love the shade selection. I most likely have dupes though
I know people have mixed feelings about this palette… I missed out on the original Stars In Your Eyes, so I’ve been eyeing this since the Nordstrom sale. I’m happy that she re-released this palette since the colours are totally right up my alley. This palette seems like a lovely travel companion.
Beautiful palette, but I have Smokey Eye. I think they are enough similar that I don’t need this one.
Too warm and too pricey for me. I don’t own a single thing from Charlotte Tilbury, partly, I think, a reaction against all the hype the company gives its products and partly because only a limited # of products are available locally for me to try for myself and those have been ones that didn’t get the greatest of ratings here so, oddly, I haven’t even bothered to check them out at my local Sephora.
Gorgeous palette – I love how this is set up. I won’t be getting it because the colors are warmer than I prefer on my own eyes, but if I were a warmer toned lover this would be in my collection pronto.
I actually love this palette. A quick easy to use palette.
This review was super helpful! I bought the Darling palette and it has easily been my favorite and I wear it all the time. The dupe list is spot on since I actually have some similar shades in other palettes that I can use up before I make a dent on my new one!!
