Check Please is a medium brown with warmer, more orange undertones and a matte finish. It had nearly opaque pigmentation in a single stroke, which built up evenly when layered or applied as a larger area of color. The texture was lightly creamy, smooth, and wasn't prone to tugging on my skin but didn't settle into fine lines as it dried down.
It set fairly quickly, so I'd recommend working one eye at a time and/or using a fluffy brush to diffuse the edge, which gave me a few more seconds to work compared to fingertips. It wore well for seven hours before creasing.
