Chanel Caresse (180) Joues Contraste Blush ($45.00 for 0.21 oz.) is a soft, peach-orange with white sparkle over a satin finish. YSL Rebelle (7) (P, $47.00) is darker, brighter. MAC Style Cast (LE, $21.00) is more shimmery. Makeup Geek Smitten (P, $9.99) is more matte. Marc Jacobs Beauty Shameless (220) (P, $30.00) is slightly pinker. Sisley Paris Mango (3) (P, $85.00) is similar. Hourglass Dim Infusion (P, $35.00) is pinker. NARS Realm of the Senses #3 (LE, $29.00) is more shimmery. MAC Bareness (LE, $25.00) is pinker. For fairer complexions, I could see this being a nice, easy-to-wear, everyday shade that’s nearly impossible to overdo. It had more buildable coverage ranging from sheer to semi-opaque. Sometimes, with lighter shades like this, they don’t always show up as well on camera as they do in person, but I could barely detect where I had applied it, so for those with medium or darker skin tones, I’d recommend trying it in-store first. The texture was soft and silky–a smidgen powdery but didn’t look that way applied to the skin. If you were leery because of the sparkle, I honestly couldn’t see any transfer onto the skin, though I definitely saw it in the pan! On me, it seemed to wear for about seven and a half hours.

I swatched this yesterday but thought it might be a little too light for me. Glad to hear the shimmer is a bit like the one from last year’s Accent though (ie very visible in the pan but doesn’t translate to the skin)!

This is pretty similar to Nar’s Unlawful blush, blended out! It’s a shame this took so much work, though Jersey has been going strong! Perhaps use as a topper? No idea. Your eyes stand out in blues so much, I’m not seeing blush! 😀 (beautiful, can tell you had fun!) 🙂

I wish this was a little more pigmented! These kinds of shades make me weak in the knees, I’m a sucker for peaches (even though they may not be the best for my complexion & don’t show up as much). I have MUG Smitten anyway, so I’ll pass!

Very pretty look you pulled together! I have to say, when you wear the blue and green eyeshadows, you look amazing!

As regard to the blush, I’m ultra fair, and I decided to pass up on it because my husband said he could barely tell I had it on. Plus, I am not really interested in a pastel peach blush for the holidays. 🙂

I like the idea of a blush that I can use without fear of ending up with clown cheeks! Even using a light hand, more often than not, I need to go back in with my foundation brush to tone the blush down. I try to be careful but getting a nice, sheer and even application of blush doesn’t seem to be my forte! Being really pale (MUFE Mat Velvet + #15, Koh Gen Do Maifanshi Moisture Foundation 001 etc.) does not help. 😛

This blush is amazing. I have TF Love Lust and I think these two blushes look quite similar on me. Actually, Caresse brightens my face more.
FYI, I don’t have milky white skin but I am quite fair.
