The Joues Contraste formula is supposed to have “buildable coverage, from natural to dramatic” with a “flattering radiance” and “silky texture.” The pigmentation ranges from semi-sheer to fully opaque, depending on technique and skin tone, but it seemed exactly as described–buildable–without having to pile it on or spend too long sheering it out. The formula has an extremely smooth, silky consistency that blends out beautifully on the skin. Most shades wear around eight hours on me.
The average rating based on all reviewed shade(s) in this formula is shown below.
Unique powder blusher imparts a flattering radiance to cheeks. Remarkably silky texture for easy application and subtle shading. Accentuate cheekbones for a youthful look. Softer tones around the eyes soften expression and rejuvenate.

This is a lovely color on. It looks like it might be a contour color in the pan, but in actual practice, the color is gentle and kind of like NARS Sin, just a bit warmer and darker. It had pretty much disappeared when I checked it out 11 hours later, but I had only used a tiny bit, so that might be why. The included brush is usable.

The US and European/Asian formulas are very different and both have upsides and downsides. The US blushes tend to be smoother and silkier but they're also prone to kicking up a lot of powder and they are way more heavily scented. Baked blushes vary but in general are more shimmery and have more buildable pigmentation. Chanel has a great range of colours but is constantly discontinuing shades so your favourite might be gone once you've finished it.

This is the first Chanel blush that I have ever purchased, and I was able to purchase it for $32 on Bloomingdale's! I posted about it on my blog and Instagram (@kaypls) to hope that people can know about that deal :) Pigmentation is great; the color is a bit too "bold" for me (I've been using shimmery blushes with a slight sheen in the past), but it's still very gorgeous and high quality. The swatches come out very nice. I purchased some other blushes at the same time (drugstore and highend - because you can't have too few blushes!) and the swatches from this blush looked the best!

I'm in love with this product!! - It smells nice - Beautiful color - Good pigmentation - Blend very beautiful - Make sure you do not use too much by reason of the color / pigmentation - Gives a nice shine/glow - I was outside all day and it was still good. even once after exercise he was good (I had noticed it until evening when I looked in the mirror)

I don't know people who don't like or even hte this Chanel blushes. They are quiet expensive , but they are worth the price. The color of blush is gorgeous. It's kind of coral, maybe orange shade with gold shimmer. I can compare this shade with Nars Orgasm blush. First, I want Nars product, but I had no opportunity to get it, so I had another great product- Chanel Blush in the same ( my opinion) shade. The pigmintation is just amazing! You need a little touch to have a pop of color. This shade is very bright, so be careful to use this. It is very easy to blend if you apply a bit more of product. It lasts about 8 hours on me( Combination-to-oily skin without primer but foundation and powder). It is baked product so buying one color you won't have to buy it again during your life (I think).

As far as I know, this is now permanent. It's pigmented like hell and If you put too much on, there's no way to sheer/blend it out. The colour is very pretty, but if you use too much (or have some natural redness in your face), you could end up looking like you have fever. ;-)
