Please keep discussion on-topic, and if you have general feedback, a product review request, an off-topic question, or need technical support, please contact us!

Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

The only greens I own are Urban Decay. Every St. Patricks day I do a look with the shade Dragon from Vice 3. It is really pigmented and easy to work with and such a fun vibrant green. If I want a more olive look I use Mildew from the Ammo palette (also have the eyeliner that matches I’ll use on my lower lash line – not a fan of it in the water line). If I want a deeper olive then I go for Mullet from the Heavy Metals palette – this is the one I get a ton of compliments on when I do Angelfire or Maiden ombre into Mullet.

I do wish I owned a more lime green (either matte or shimmer, I love bright lime) so hoping that someone has a fun suggestion for that. I wish palettes would do more pops of greens. I don’t need an all green palette – but greens browns and golds all look lovely together so I’d love a palette with an even distribution of all of those.

I had to hunt down fledgling by illamasqua, but I’m so glad I did. It’s such a bright fun green color. Used this the other day along my lash lines with a bright yellow in my inner corner. Now I’m debating purchasing the Just My Luck palette from colourpop. Kinda sad they have a chartreuse green, since I already own Deja Boo. A green duo chrome would have been a fun twist. I love green!

Thank god greens aren’t as difficult to formulate as purples! Green is my favorite color, period, not just in e/s. Asking for top fave is like picking my top red or dark red lip. No can do. Some faves: mattes: CP team captain, kvd moss, SG evergreen and turtle bay. Shimmers: CP EBB, SG perfect vacation, palm tree, and that fab green in Bijoux royales. Also an oldie quint in gray green, Dior’s airy green. And yes, SG pastel greens, love you, too. Green is foliage and trees, the color of life, IMO. And it’s coming baaaaack, hopefully soon, in the NE. I miss deciduous leaves!

OMGosh! Did you guys see the announcement for the new All green palette from Colourpop?! I hope it’s amazing! Do you think you will be reviewing this Christine?

I had a ton of shadows listed the last time we did Favourites of green and I have added more this time – the ones from SG – Cadet, Herky Bird, Recruit and a few others.
I love this kind of thing as it shows the diversity of shades that are favourites of your readers.
