Becca Blushed Copper Shimmering Skin Perfector Blush ($34.00 for 0.20 oz.) is a medium-dark copper-brown with warm undertones and a sparkling, frosted finish. Becca Blushed Copper (LE, $38.00) is more shimmery, darker, more pigmented (95% similar). Laura Mercier Sensation (LE, $45.00) is less shimmery, cooler (95% similar). Melt Cosmetics Sundown (P, $22.00) is less shimmery, lighter, cooler (90% similar). Too Faced Tropic Like It's Hot (PiP, ) is lighter (90% similar). MAC Magnetic Appeal (LE, $42.00) is lighter, warmer (90% similar). Becca Papaya/Topaz (P, $27.00) is darker, warmer (90% similar). Coloured Raine Bourgeois (P, $25.00) is cooler (85% similar). Rare Beauty Captivate (P, $22.00) is less shimmery, cooler (85% similar). MAC Shaft of Gold (LE, $42.00) is less shimmery, lighter (85% similar). NARS Cheek Studio III (LE, $30.00) is lighter, cooler (85% similar). MAC Perfectly Lit (LE, $34.00) is less shimmery, lighter, cooler (85% similar). NARS Fervor (Right) (PiP, ) is darker, cooler (85% similar). MAC Cheeky Bronze (P, $34.00) is lighter (80% similar). Westman Atelier Peau de Peche (P, $75.00) is less shimmery, lighter (80% similar). This formula is supposed to have “just the right balance of color and light” that can be worn alone or “as a blush topper.” It seemed like it is supposed to be somewhere between sheerer like a highlighter and more pigmented like a blush (hence why it can also be layered), which is the best I can surmise from their marketing (there’s a lot of use of subtle as well, which at least indicates, to me, that they’re not saying it’s ultra pigmented). I noticed that layering is best with a very, very light hand and a feathery brush or else the original blush can get overshadowed, as the formula runs semi-opaque. Much like the Shimmering Skin Perfectors, a little can go a long way. Blushed Copper was released before as part of their regular highlighter range and again in the Champagne Glow palette. The color is exactly the same here, but it seemed slightly less pigmented and perhaps, a little less metallic. The blush version had good color payoff with a soft, lightly dry but blendable texture that emphasized pores just slightly on me. It lasted for eight and a half hours on me.

I am wearing this today as a blush. It is really pretty but it is pretty strongly pigmented I am not sure I could pull this off as a highliighter and I am a NC 45 in mac. It gives a great glow on the cheeks though.
