Clinique Red Hot Pop Lip Colour + Primer Lipstick ($19.50 for 0.13 oz.) is a bright, medium red with neutral-to-warm undertones and a cream finish. It had nearly opaque color coverage that applied well to my lips with even color that softened my lip lines, so it was quite flattering to wear.
The texture was lightweight, thin, and comfortable with light slip but not enough to feel like it was moving around while worn. It wore nicely for five hours and felt moisturizing over time.

The formula is described as having "rich color" with a "smoothing primer" that "keeps lips comfortably moisturized." Most of the shades had semi-opaque to opaque color coverage in a single layer, and the shades that were a bit weaker were somewhat buildable. The deeper shades tended to perform the best, while a few of the lighter shades settled slightly into lip lines (not too noticeable, or not at all, in person).
Some shades were more smoothing than others, so I think the "smoothing primer" claim was the weakest and wasn't always met. The texture was lightweight, lightly creamy without being heavy or too slippery, and didn't tug during application. The formula was comfortable and hydrating while worn, and they lasted between four and six hours. There didn't seem to be any scent or taste.

Clinique Red-Handed Pop Lip Colour + Primer Lipstick ($19.50 for 0.13 oz.) is a brighter, medium red with soft, warm undertones and a cream finish. It had semi-opaque color payoff that applied evenly across my lips and seemed to soften/smooth out my lip lines.
The texture was lightweight, thinner but not clingy, and comfortable to apply in a fluid motion, though it was a little firmer than the average lipstick but warmed up against my lips. It stayed on well for five hours and felt hydrating while worn.

Loving Red Handed, but I do have MAC Yoni Crush and Como La Flor, so I’m good in that red tonal family.
Both are vibrant red shades, but I think they would turn pink on me.
What can I say, I love red lipsticks. I find both beautiful, I don’t have any really close dupes, odd as I have so many reds in my stash.
I’m not going to buy any new lipsticks for the rest of the year, honestly I need to finish a few before even thinking of buying.
I think I might end up with all of this Red collection. These are the first Clinique lipsticks that I am truly impressed with. They are as good as pretty much any other, more expensive, lipsticks in my collection. I already purchased Red-Y to Party and Red-Y to Wear after seeing your reviews and both deserve the high rating you gave them, in my opinion.
