We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

Baroque seemed to be the palette that caught the most attention when we saw the first pics of the collection. But now seeing the swatches, I think it is a big let down. The grey shades are so similar to each other that they are almost identical, even the two contrast shades – reddish, are also variations of the same shade. A real lack of imagination is going on here.
As for the other two palettes – Grandeur has a very warm neutral feel about it and Ornate is a very reddish based palette

I was originally drawn to Baroque but the shades swatched out look kind of repetitive. I love the color story of Grandeur but it looks very similar to Brown Sugar which I already own, so I can’t justify buying it even though the packaging is everything. I might pick up a blush just to indulge in the packaging.

I was so close to buying Baroque, but decided to wait for your swatches, I’m glad I did as I’m now saving a bit of money. In the pans I thought if looked like the perfect coolish grey dominated palette, but looking at the swatches there’s only two colours I really like, and I’m not getting a palette for two pans, even if it’s not expensive at all.
What I do like, a lot is the blusher, Vogue.
I will take a very good look at dupes for what I love in this release.

I’ve been looking for some slate gray and I think this is it! I can dupe the other two shadow palettes even though the packaging is beyond gorgeous. The only question is will it be in stock when I have the money to buy it?
