Tipsy is a slightly muted, medium brown with subtle, warm undertones and a matte finish. It had rich color coverage paired with a soft, silky consistency that was lightly powdery but did not seem prone to fallout or sheering out too readily. The color stayed on well for eight hours before fading noticeably.
