L'Auberge is a dusty, light-medium coral with moderate, warm undertones--maybe slightly pink-leaning--paired with a matte finish. It was faster to dry down to more of a matte finish than most of the shades in this formula have for me.
The texture was lightweight, more fluid and thin initially, but it turned matte within two minutes (though it did not seem to turn matte within five minutes on my arm!). It had semi-opaque color payoff in a single layer, which was higher than the medium described. It wore well for four and a half hours and felt lightly hydrating over time.
