MAC Heart Heist, Painted Lady, Voyeur-is-me Lipglasses Reviews & Swatches
Heart Heist
MAC Heart Heist Lipglass ($18.50 for 0.1 oz.) is a light-medium pink with subtle, cool undertones and a glossy, cream finish. It had semi-opaque color coverage that applied without streaking, but there was a noticeable amount of product that sank into my lip lines (both vertical and horizontal at that).
The gloss had a smooth, spreadable consistency but was a bit heavier and thicker than most glosses on the market, and it did have the formula’s signature tackiness present (which I know is a deal-breaker for some). It stayed on nicely for four and a half hours and felt hydrating while worn.

Formula Overview
$21.00/0.1 oz. - $210.00 Per Ounce
The Lipglass formula is supposed to be “pigmented, very shiny and can impart subtle or dramatic color” that can be worn “on its own, over lip pencil or lipstick” and will “condition lips.” MAC could use an update on the description as some shades are more pigmented than others but several are sheerer and likely intended to be that way. The formula has a very glossy, high-shine finish with a light-medium weight and moderate tackiness.
I have found that newer Lipglasses (over the last couple of years) are smoother and not quite as tacky as the formula was many years ago. They wear from three to six hours on me and are usually lightly hydrating. MAC recently updated the shade range and packaging for the range (though the formula was said to be unchanged), so worth noting is that with that packaging change came a reduction in quantity to 0.10 fl. oz. (was 0.17 fl. oz.), which may matter for some but not everyone.

Painted Lady
MAC Painted Lady Lipglass ($18.50 for 0.1 oz.) is a light-medium, pink-coral with warm undertones and a glossy, cream finish. It had good color coverage in a single layer, which applied fairly evenly, but it settled into every vertical and horizontal line, which wasn’t a huge surprise as that tends to be an issue with cream finishes (generally). The texture was light-medium in thickness with moderate tackiness, though it felt heavier than the average gloss, it didn’t feel glue-like. It wore well for four and a half hours and felt moisturizing over time.

Voyeur-is-me
MAC Voyeur-is-me Lipglass ($18.50 for 0.1 oz.) is a muted, medium-dark, rosy-brown with warm undertones and a cream finish. It had semi-opaque color coverage that applied evenly to my lips in a smooth, fluid stroke that spread well. The texture was smooth, light-medium in thickness with moderate tackiness, but it wasn’t as prone to settling into my lip lines as other cream finish shades in this formula. It lasted well for four and a half hours and was hydrating over time.

Voyeur-Is-Me is gorgeous! However, it doesn’t say “spring” to me at all. But, I’ll likely still try to get it.
The other two shades *could* have been winners if they didn’t find a way to sink into every lip line, even ones that never existed before! Big nope for me.
I have Voyeur-is-Me and I like it. It was the only shade I really liked it the line because most of the other ones seemed too milky for me.
The MAC counter person tried to tell me that this collection had smoother shades than the original line but I really didn’t see much difference from the regular lipglass.
Yes, the collection is full of very milky glosses 🙁 One day the tech will be there for milky but smooth!
