Frostbite Me is a pale, off-white with subtle, warm undertones and a chunky, glittery finish. It had more of a translucent base with a chunkier, very glittery consistency where the eyeshadow came away from the surface of the pan in clumps. I used a flat, synthetic brush (MAC 247) to apply it to my inner tearduct, and by pressing it onto the area, I was able to get minimal fallout and semi-opaque coverage in one go. It stayed on well for seven and a half hours but had some fallout over time, so I'd recommend using this with an adhesive base.
