Sparks is a pale, white gold with warmer undertones and a glittery finish. It seemed to have more of a transparent base with lots and lots of flecks of finer and larger glitter/sparkle. The consistency felt more loosely-pressed and textured based on the larger sparkles and glitters in it. The eyeshadow had medium to semi-opaque "coverage" from the sparkles, which applied best with fingertips or pressed on with a flat, synthetic brush. It is part of the Sparkling finish family, which is typically designed to be sheerer/more of a "top coat" or layering shade. I didn't get much fallout during the application process, but there was slight fallout over the eight and a half hours it lasted for.
