Bite Amuse Bouche Liquified Lipstick ($24.00 for 0.25 fl. oz.) is a new, permanent formula that is available in 13 shades. It is supposed to be “moisture-rich, high-pigment” in a “liquified” consistency that has a “creamy, comfortable application.”

It’s a lightweight, fluid consistency that was neither runny nor thick on the lips. It does not dry down and feels mostly like a liquid-form of a lipstick (and not so much like a gloss). The majority of the range was incredibly pigmented and spread evenly across the lips. Some shades had a bit of color that sat in my lip lines, which was noticeable from a normal viewing distance with a few but not all. It had a lightly tacky feel on the lips, which helped to adhere as none of the shades I have tested have feathered on me. The formula was lightly hydrating, wore for four to seven hours, and had a light, herbal, lemony scent but no discernible taste.

Love round ups. And just read/loved your AMA, as well. It’s nice when a new offering meets one’s expectations. Bite is so reliable. Now to review the reviews, and not overdupe. Haven’t seen any of these irl yet. 93, 2 in B range, not shabby at all.

Oh, no – I like several of those plummy-berry colors, and if there’s one thing I *don’t* need, it’s MORE lipsticks!
However, even though I realize liquid lipsticks are All That right now, I really prefer the standard “stick” form. I’ll deal with the formula for the sake of a really terrific color; I’m wearing Stila “Beso” in my profile photo, and it’s liquid. It’s really a tug-of-war with me, when it comes to liquid lipsticks.
So maybe I can refrain from blowing my budget, but we’ll have to see!

I like bite but the lipsticks i have bought in the past go bad fast, they don’t last over a year or more.
And the darker more vibrant colors stain my lips bad.
