I like “Happy” and “Own It” and would like to feel daring enough to wear “Fierce”, but almost every other colour in this is just way too red or orange (shades of Modern Renaissance!). I know several others here will have the same reaction. We need to form our own little “can’t wear those warm tones” club. Love the lipstick shade though I wish it weren’t matte.

I’m with you on the warm tones, but don’t write off all reds, pinks, etc as all warm. You just need to find cool versions with more blue than orange to them. I’m very fair, brown hair and hazel eyes and I wear a smokey black and hot pink shadow combination (sounds in your face, but really isn’t) using the Armani fall 2015 runway palette. Putting the hot pink in the center of the mobile lid and lightly building the black on the inner and outer third then blending into the pink. Doing it slowly and with a light hand lets you get the intensity you feel comfortable with. Add a black or hunter green tightline to frame the eye and it’s striking. I never would have tried this on my own and I never expected to like it, but I do. It’s made me bolder in some of my choices, but it helped knowing a look to try with an unexpected color like hot pink. If it helps, I’m 42 – so it doesn’t have to be a 20-something look with a color like this. If your coloring is like mine, give it a try at home and see if you like it. You may be surprised like I was!

I’m in the club, but totally wear red/orange/pink – the cool versions are hard to find, but they’re there. This palette though, not so much for me 🙁

Excited for this. It was a better choice for me than many. I like how easily it lends itself to warm or cool looks, or mix it up. Fairly idiot proof and unlikely to get muddy. Swatches aren’t all perfect, but quite decent…and there’s always primer. Best thing is it really isn’t the same old rehash. It has been so easy this holiday to feel jaded and overstashed.

I already ordered this! I rarely do before I see reviews, but I just loved the combination of colors. Looks like the matte’s could use a little primer, but I wear primer every day anyways. (And matte’s performing better with a primer is typical for me in general it seems.) I do still hope this scores pretty well!

I’m torn here. I have other Ciate palettes that I love, although the quality is not always consistent and a couple of the matte swatches for this one look a bit weak. The problem is that neither warm tan/browns nor pinks are the most flattering eyeshadow colors for me! Although Fierce would be fun to experiment with. And of course I love Own It! But I don’t see a mid-tone matte that I’m crazy about. I think this is a Ciate palette I’m going to have to pass on!

I seem to have been on a makeup buying frenzy lately. Not many of the holiday collections have intrested me but then i got sucked into the Lorac pro 3 frenzy and things have snowballed. Lol. I just put this in my cart at sephora. But i promised my car new tires this month so i may hold off for a couple weeks. My car has expensive taste in tires $$$$!!

Hmmm, I think the warm matte neutrals in ABH Mario seem much better quality, BUT there is a light brow bone shade here, and I like the color mix in this one a lot more, since it has pretty pinks/plums//purples. I think the mattes will need primer or cream base. Wish they sold Fierce as a single! But the REAL star here is that liquid lipstick –holy cow, it actually looks makes the lips look plump and soft! Ok, I NEED to know more about that formula

I like “Fierce” and “Own It”. Although this palette has more mattes than the ABH Mario one, the seven mattes in the top two rows don’t speak to me (three of them seem like a gradation of the same burnt orange shade IMHO and two are pink variations). I had my eyes on this palette but I’m going to have to pass on and keep the Mario one.

So glad to see this today as I ordered it yesterday from Sephora. So excited as most colors look neutral enough to make it a solid year-round palette. Yet the pops of color (and how cute is the packaging!!) are just stunning and fun for those days when I want to get a bit more fancy (perfect for this time of year 🙂

I love, love, love Fierce and would be forced to buy the palette for that shade alone (something I would never do, LOL) but the other thing I like about this palette is that there are matte and shimmer shades that are similar in color. I like a one shadow look that involves a shimmer on the lid and a matte in the crease. This also has a nice brow bone highlight. The liquid lipstick is one of their best selling permanent colors, I believe. I am getting this one.

This is a brand I never heard of (where have I been?) the colors look pretty good and this is one palette I may need to get my hands on. I am going to wait on the the reviews before I jump on it, but I know I absolutely need that lip color Pin up.

Seriously, as if we need another warm brownish neutral eyeshadow palette with some purple/pinkish shades thrown in pretending it also care about cool-toned people!!! To be completely frank, Boooooring!!!

I bought this from Ciate’s website and received it last week. It is exactly what I like in a palette, color-wise. I can make a brown eye look and a warm-toned burgundy look, plus a purple look. It’s pretty dupable, but I like that I can get so many looks out of one palette. I have to say, the metallic colors go on MUCH better with fingers than a brush. The mattes are not super pigmented in one go, but can be built up well. I’m excited to see what you thought, Christine!

Love the lipstick!
It feels wrong starting with a comment about a lipstick when the main attraction is an eyeshadow palette that looks nice enough.
I’m really interested in this one, to tell the truth, but I also like ABH MR palette, and I don’t think I need both, I may want both, but that’s another story. 🙂
I’m looking forward to the reviews on this little set.
