The Mineralize Skinfinish formula is described as a “velvety soft” face powder with a “radiant finish” that can be used to “add highlights to the high points of the face.” The Mineralize Skinfinish Collection for spring features five new, limited edition shades — the collection debuts on March 31st online. Sunny Side had nice color payoff with a soft, smooth, and easily blended consistency that wasn’t too powdery or too firm. The texture sat well on the skin without emphasizing the natural texture or the look of pores. It looks more like a very warm, yellow-orange based bronzer, so it can certainly add warmth to several skin tones. I liked the soft glow it yielded as the powder was buffed into the skin. On me, the color wore for seven and a half hours before fading.

Not my color but looks nice on you!
Thanks, Katherine!
Ditto for me. Too yellow for my coloring.
It looks gorgeous on you, Christine! And the bright yellow is fun to look at — it makes me think of the yellow blush Surrat is coming out with — could yellow cheek products be a little bit of a trend this spring?
It might be!
Hmmm. This I like this one because it doesn’t seem as shimmery as the Skinfinishes typically do.
It is definitely a lot less shimmery than most of the MSFs!
It looks like a colour that would work better for people with darker skin. I’m glad that it performed well though, it looks like a nice product. ?
It should be!
This looks great on you! It reminds me of a beachy surfer’s tan.
Thank you, Chris!
I like the idea of these quads – more bang for your buck? – but I wish they were in their own well. I think I’d get a lot more use out of it if that were the case. So far I’m liking this, Nano Nude and Nuanced!
I can’t imagine being able to use them really as a blush, though, if they were in their own pans, you know? The compartments would be so tiny!
Oooh – good point. It looks bigger in the photos! 😀
I am confused whether this is a bronzer or a blush but to me it looks like a really pretty blush colour, a little like Nars luster. I am Stromboli in Nars, do you think this will work as a blush on me?
Depends on your skin tone and what you’re looking for as a blush! It is much more brown-based than NARS Luster, though.
Very pretty. Not going to buy it, but it’s the first item from the summer line that has caught my attention.
At least they weren’t all duds 😉
Wow!!! That IS warm! Like sunshine warm! Probably won’t look as appealing on me, too yellowing. Yesterday, I wore MAC Cheek Pollen with Colourpop Highly Waisted, and THAT looked about as warm as I dare go without looking sickly and jaundiced, LoL!
How pretttyy!
Thank you, Christine! It actually was! Made me think of a few of the shades in the UD x GS cheek palette put together.
That’s aptly named! Not for me, but it’s very pretty on your skintone.
Thanks, Rachel!
Oh my, no way I could wear this…but you seem too be able to wear all colors…
Thanks!
This is one of those products where I love the way it looks in the pan but know I couldn’t make it work on my skin tone. Thanks for the review!
No problem, Fitz!
Not for me but it somehow works on you.
Thanks, Erin!
At first I thought these were totally ‘my’ kind of colors, but seeing it now it does look veeeeery yellow…
Oh, that is too bad!
It’s a lovely sunny palette! Shame it’s too warm for me!
Aww!
I’m surprised you gave it a B plus. It looks blotchy on your cheek and usually most blushes look wonderful on you.
When I tested it, I had no issues blending! 🙂
I like it! I wonder if this can work as a highlighter for darker skin (NC45) or if Perfectly Lit would be a better choice?
For a more noticeable highlight, Perfectly Lit. Sunny Side works, but it is not as shimmery.
