Koh Tao (89V) is a light-medium blue with subtle, cool undertones and a mostly matte finish. It had semi-sheer color coverage that did not build up well, even over primer. The texture was moderately powdery, though finely-milled, and thin. It was difficult to apply the color evenly, and there was noticeable fallout (especially as I attempted to build it up!). There was visible fading after six hours of wear.
