MAC Gold Iced Delights Eye Bag ($45.00) includes Baby, It’s Cold… (butter yellow), Woodsmoke (muted emerald green), Brown Border (brown), along with a full-sized Zoom Fast Black Lash Mascara and 275SE brush. There are three different Eye Bags and all three contain both the mascara and special edition brush, but the eyeshadow duo and eyeliner vary. MAC Ice Parade launches on October 27th, 2011 in-stores.
- Baby, It’s Cold… is a shimmered yellowy beige with great color payoff and a smooth, rich texture. It has a frost finish but feels more like a veluxe pearl. One of the better eyeshadows from the entire MAC holiday launch. It’s like MAC Butternutty in powder form.
- Woodsmoke is a dark forest green with a red-toned brown base. It has a frost finish, and it had nice color payoff and was fairly smooth to the touch. It is green-tinged, so it’s not quite like Blue Brown pigment, but it’s not as green as Green Brown pigment. OCC Poison is greener and the brown base isn’t as apparent.
- Brown Border is a warm-toned medium-dark brown. It’s part of the permanent range.
I liked this kit the best out of the three Eye Bags; the quality was there in all three products. The texture of the eyeshadows is soft and smooth, while the pigmentation is good to great. As a bonus, the duo and eyeliner definitely complement each other.

It looks nice but the compact seriously looks like one of those free sample things Estee Lauder puts their eyeshadows in. I might just get it but I hope the metallic doesn't shred off like it did for my Magic, Mirth, and Mischief bag!
I remember back in 2005, 2006 when Holiday collections were exciting. I feel like these don't have any of a personality. Woodsmoke Eyeshadow really does look like blue brown pigment. I'll wait till I see it in person all these goodies!

I'm glad I did a pre-sale for this. The eye shadows are gorgeous, I love the bag and I'm surprised the eye shadow brush is that big. This is totally worth it for everything that's included.
Hi Christine, I was wondering if Woodsmoke was similar to Club? With a dark-ish base underneath, Club looks almost exactly like your picture.

kinda dissappointed, lately it feels like MAC hasn't been coming out with unique quality items... a lot of these colors can be duped... and this set is no exception
I know you compared woodsmoked to "Green Brown" and "Blue Brown" pigments but what about "Club" ?

It's nice that the products perform well, but the colors just don't do it for me. I wish MAC would stop being so hit or miss. It's really turning me off!

I swatched them side by side and they are nothing alike. Woodsmoke is what I WISHED Club would be, but wasn't. It's must prettier.
Grrr.....I actually really wanted it but passed it over at the presale because when I swatched Woodsmoke it was really dry, stiff, and sheer. Maybe that was a dud??
