Opulence

Zoeva Opulence Blush Palette ($16.80 for 0.36 oz.) is a new, holiday cheek palette that features a highlighter and two blush shades. All three shades were pigmented and longer wearing with good blendability. They were housed in a slim, cardboard palette.

Do Not Touch

Do Not Touch is a muted, medium gold with subtle, warm undertones and a metallic sheen. It was more like an olive-toned gold than the typical yellowish gold. It had good pigmentation with a soft, smooth consistency that was easy to diffuse and blend out on the skin. The color stayed on well for eight hours on me.

Impossible to Move

Impossible to Move is a muted, medium brown with warm, orange undertones and a mostly matte finish. The color payoff was nearly opaque, while the consistency was smooth, lightly powdery but very blendable on the skin. It did not appear powdery or dry after blending it out on my cheeks. This shade wore well for seven and a half hours on me.

Underneath the Gold

Underneath My Gold is a deep red with subtle, warm undertones and barely-there gold sparkle. It had semi-opaque, buildable pigmentation with a slightly drier texture, but it was a lot more blendable than I anticipated in practice. It applied evenly to bare skin, and while it wasn’t effortless to apply, it diffused and buffed into the skin with minimal effort. The blush lasted well for eight hours on me.

Maybe because you have burnt pepper. So do I, but it’s closer to a little lusty, that I waffled too long on. TME, and skintones, BP is a fair amount warmer than under the gold. The green in the highlighter would look Pissah on you. That’s that Boston expression that people think is still widely used. Remember that Zoeva is due for an f&f sometime soonish. At least, they had one last year. It’s my biggest wish list. Now that S has CP (and those wound up on the CP site, pretty sure) and Zoeva is on Australian Sephora and prob others, maybe they will bring Zoeva to the US, as another ‘budget’ brand. Not sure if I want that or not, r/t tax vs. shipping.
