I don’t know if I really have a favorite! I love highlighter in most forms. I’d say that I tend to favor something with noticeable shimmer or sheen, so anything very subtle doesn’t tend to be my vibe. I am happy to wear something more glittery/sparkly but also love something more luminous and moderate in finish.

Shimmery duo-chromes are my jam. I’m least fond of really subtle or matte HLs, but it depends on the look I’m going for.
I prefer highlighters that give me more of a “glow from within” than “seen from space.” I don’t like glitter/sparkles. My favorites are Laura Mercier Baked Highlighter 01 for a subtle highlight for daytime, and Dior Nude Luminizer 02 for a smooth buildable shine for evenings.
I like something with a more luminous, dewy, or glowy sheen sans visible sparkle (or at least without particles that can be seen from a normal distance from which strangers might be viewing my face). Then again, I have big ol’ pores so both my pores and the fact that I’m wearing highlighter become REALLY noticeable if I’m wearing something very shimmery.
I prefer “glossy” highlighters that give a dewy look to the skin with very sheer base pigment
Probably almost any? I love naturally radiant finishes, shimmers, metallics (as long as it can be sheered out some), even some duochromes. The only ones I’m not a fan of are the almost matte variety or ones that look like glitter bombs.
I like all different kinds of finishes depending if I’m working or what not. I like to combine them too.
I don’t mind a glittery looking highlight like Nd diamond dust that looks wet and I usually layer it with something else.
Like like more of a healthy glow than a obvious highlight.
I love both shimmery and glowy highlighters, and especially duochrome ones. I also love sparkly ones like Fenty Diamond (How many Carats?)
For daily use, I prefer ones that are shimmery or have pearl but not glitter.
For going out, I would use a duochrome or glittery highlight.
I don’t like matte or glow from within highlighters as they don’t really show up well unless in direct sunlight.
I like the look that Chanel’s Eclat du Desert and Laura Mercier’s Highlight 101 give me. Maybe a little sheen but more of a melted, subtle glow on the skin.
I love highlighters that are dewy looming and melt into my skin. I’m not a fan of overly metallic highlighters. I don’t mind a tiny bit of glitter either, as long as the affect isn’t glittery, but just adds to the dewyness of the highlight. The ND Bloom highlight does a great job at that for me.
I dislike a frosty opaque highlighter.
My favorite highlighters are closer to my skin tone , somewhat sheer with shimmer and fine glitter!
I like more of a luminous glow, nothing that will highlight fine lines. I have mostly powder highlighters but I have a couple of Pat McGrath’s Highlighter sticks and they apply nicely and stay on for a long time.
