The Beached Bronzer formula is supposed to be “super-soft”, blendable, and have “sheer, natural-looking coverage” with a matte finish. There is a blurb about “HPP (Highlighter performing Pigments) Technology [that] provides rich color, long-lasting elements, and the perfect level of coverage” (which is a little confusing, but it seems to suggest perhaps more of a true-to-color concept, where color stays true for awhile–that is how I’m interpreting it). It had a very soft, smooth, and finely-milled texture that blended easily on the skin without issue and didn’t look dry on (but there’s no real sheen to this either). The coverage was sheer, as described, and somewhat buildable to more medium coverage. It lasted for eight hours before fading on me. This is the darker of the two shades released, and again, I’d love Urban Decay to come out with at least one deeper shade.

Hmm…this is the darker shade? I’m pretty fair and the depth doesn’t seem too bad for even my skintone (though it’s more orange than what I’d wear myself).

How would this compare to the MAC Give Me Sun bronzer?
I’m trying to decide between the two for a spring bronzer!
I’m about an NC30 for reference (:

I am wondering if this is a matte dupe for Nars Laguna. I love that bronzer more than anything, but the glitter in it seems to spread all over my face (which is sooo annoying.) It seems to have warm undertones, so I am hoping this will be the perfect match!

Off topic but I am cleaning out my mailbox and found this. I wanted to tell you I’m loving that shade of lipstick!! I bought it immediately after seeing it on you. Love love love it! I think together at a La Creme display we could do some SERIOUS damage lol

I currently have the sun-kissed version of this bronzer and have found that it looks very orange on my skin tone. I am a 117 (Y225) in makeup forever foundation and was wondering if this color would be a better option since it is supposed to be better for yellow skin tones.
