The only ones I’m REALLY enjoying are my Seventh Generation Boosts serums that you can get from Walgreens. I have two of them that I mix and use on a regular basis – Soothing and Protecting.
La Prairie Foaming Cleanser (too!!), Lancome Visionnaire and Lancome Advanced Genefique
Lancome Visionnaire, Chanel Le Weekend, Clinique Moisture Surge
Image Vital C cleanser, Image Vital C moisturizer, and Sugar lip polish for my dry lips.
Face: St. Yves apricot scrub, Korres wild rose moisturizer, Origins charcoal mask.
Body: St. Ives intensive healing body lotion, Burt’s Bees cranberry & pomegranate sugar scrub, Aveeno skin relief body wash.
Sunday Riley Ceramic Slip Cleanser
Mac Lightful Softening Lotion
Chanel Le Weekend de Chanel Serum
Hm, Michael Todd Tropical Fruit scrub, Freeman Kiwi Yoghurt cleanser and Lancôme Hydra Intense mask 🙂
Caudalie Make-up Remover Cleansing Water (as a toner), Origins Clear Improvement mask, and sweet almond oil.
Great question!! My top three are: Shu Uemura Cleansing oil (the classic yellow one), Ole Henriksen cucumber skin tonic, Origins Starting Over Moisturiser.
Neutrogena Deep Clean Cleanser as a 3x weekly mask, Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Night Moisturizer nightly, and By Terry Baume de Rose nightly!
Sisley eyes & lips contour balm, Estee Lauder ANR and Darphin matifying fluid.
Clarins Lotus Face Treatment Oil, Elizabeth Arden Visible Difference Exfoliating Cleanser and Estee Lauder Day Wear Creme.
This is hard…I change my products so much because I have awful skin and I’m always trying to improve it.
I really love my BareMinerals Purely Nourishing Moisturizer, Tarte’s maracuja c-brightener eye treatment, and..umm…I just got a Clarisonic and I’m liking it…so that.
Clinique Take Off the Day Cleansing Balm, Dr. Jart+ Ceramidin Liquid, Peter Thomas Roth 100% Squalene Oilless Oil
I’ve been obsessed with cleansing balms lately! I haven’t tried the Clinique one yet, but I keep hearing awesome things about it. I think that’ll be the next one I get.
Definitely Bioderma, Paula’s Choice 8% AHA gel, and Kiehl’s avocado eye cream.
Jan Marini Age Intervention Retinol Plus, Cellex-C Advanced C-Serum and Cellex-C Betaplex New Complexion Cream
You make me very jealous when you talk of the Origins moisturiser! The SPF25 version is not available in Australia and I REALLY REALLY want to try it!!
Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum, Philosophy Miracle Worker Moisturizer and Dr. Dennis Gross Extra Strength Alpha Beta Peel.
Clinique Turnaround concentrate radiance renewer, Repairwear laser focus and Super rescue antioxidant night moisturizer
This winter has been very hard in my skin, so cold and dry! I’ve been loving Chanel’s Mousse Confort Rinse-Off Rich Foaming Cream Cleanser, Bobbi Brown’s Extra Repair Serum and Algenist Targeted Deep Wrinkle Minimizer. The Algenist Targeted Deep Wrinkle Minimizer is not really a skin care product, more something I use before my primer but it is a lovely product.
Boscia Konjac cleansing sponge (does that count as skincare?), Alpha Hydrox Retinol Night Res-q, Eucerin Q-10 Sensitive Skin Cream and (if #1 doesn’t count), Marcelle CC Cream (since it’s skincare and sunscreen, along with a bit of colour, etc.).
SkinMedica C + E Complex, Skinceuticals Antioxidant Lip Repair (Best way I’ve ever found to prime for any lip color!), and my long time favorite, Neocutis Lumier Riche eye balm.
Sephora Supreme Cleansing Oil, St. Ives Green Tea Scrub, and Boots Expert Sensitive Gentle Refreshing Toner.
Guerlain – Secret de Pureté cream cleanser
Nuxe – Gentle tonic lotion with rose water
Ren – Evercalm global protection day cream
– Clinique Take the day off cleansing balm – my product of 2013
– Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish – just ordered fresh supply
– Clarins Gentle Exfoliator Brightening Lotion (only use it at night)
I am searching for a good cream / serum right now. It’s hard to find something for my skin.
I have a few that i couldnt live without and ther all from dermalogica. Ultra calming cleanser (special cleansing gel just to remove make up), Thermafoliant, Skin Hydrating Booster, MAP-15 and skin smoothing cream with solar booster spf50. I wouldnt change these products for anything my sever acne is so under control that these are my life savers.
La Roche Posay Effaclar Toner, Algenist Detoxifying Exfoliator, Algenist Pore Corrector Gel Moisturizer.
Cleanser – Olay Foaming Face Wash Sensitive
Treatment – acne.org Treatment Gel
Moisturizer – Curél Intensive Healing Cream
I’m enjoying all of these right now, but when I run out, I will probably try out a different cleanser and moisturizer as I can’t commit to either of these product types. I haven’t found a cleanser or moisturizer that has “wowed” me I guess.
Hmmm… Lets see….
SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic
Tarte Maracuja Oil
First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Oatmeal Mask
Bare Escentuals Deep Cleansing Foam when I wake up and before I sleep along with 100% argan oil on my face. I use Vaseline cocoa butter lotion on my body.
Rodial Bee Venom serum and eye cream are doing miracles for me lately. Incredible brand with some of the best tech out there and these new products are the best they’ve come out with yet.
#3 is my Clarins cream makeup remover – it’s been my nighttime cleanser for nearly 20 years. Can’t do without it.
Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cleanser, Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery, Ahava Caressing Body Sorbet.
My dry skin is super moisturized during this winter and the body sorbet is so light and smells so good <3
I’m stunned to see so little mention of sunscreen in anyone’s Top 3…
In no particular order, here are mine:
L’Oréal Sublime Sun Face SPF 50-it provides dewiness & luminosity, works well under makeup, and is quite moisturizing.
L’Oréal Ideal Moisture-it has a built-in SPF 25; I wish it were higher, but since this is my “everyday” daytime moisturizer, and I only spend minimal time outdoors on a regular basis (no more than 15 minutes or so at a time, it’s not too bad).
I use various oils at night, depending on my skins needs at any given time, and those include tarte Maracuja Oil, random argan oil, jojoba oil, & pure Vitamin E oil.
I listed sunscreen its my non negotiable
Olay Complete face lotion, Nivea body cream, and Vaseline! I keep it simple though I have been wanting to try Estée Lauder’s night creams
SKII Lotion in Mask for brightening, Chanel Le Weekend for exfoliation, and Bonpoint face cream for infants for moisturizing.
Kate Somerville ExfoliKate. Eve Lom Cleansing Balm (yes I know it has mineral oil in it, I don’t care, it’s amazing. Though probably not amazing enough that I’ll buy it after the one I got from work runs out, cause it is crazy expensive). Bobbi Brown Extra Bright Cream.
Boscia Makeup Breakup Cool cleansing oil
Shiseido Ibuki Refining Moisturizer
Peter Thomas Roth Unwrinkled Peel pads
Hard to just pick three! For cleansing, Aquarian Bath Two-Soap Set for Sensitive Skin or Shea Terra Organics’ Rose Hips Black Soap Deep Pore Facial Wash. I alternate my must-have serums….Platinum Skin Care’s Citrustem Stem Cell Complex, 30 Glycolic Hyaluronic Serum, and Skinbiology Copper. For eyes, it’s Platinum Skin Premier Eyes, lips is Shea Terra Organics Bananas & Baobabs Organic Shea Lip Butter, and when I want to use oil, it has to be either STO 100% Organic Moroccan Argan Oil or Amrita Aromatics Beauty Oil. My skin has changed alot over the last year and I have to alternate more.
Bioderma (for my lazy bedtime cleansing), Nuxe huile Prodigieuse (for those super dehydrated times I use it all over, face and body) and Olay Complete All Day moisturizer Sensitive SPF 15. And a warm washcloth in the shower to exfoliate my face gently – it’s too sensitive for scrubs and most masks.
Wonder pore by etude house, acerola facial wash by face shop and Pond’s white beauty.
Josie Maran Cleansing Oil
Mario Badescu Glycolic Acid Toner
Eclos Regenerative Cream
My Clarisonic (sorry to be cliché!), Origins Super Spot Remover, and Origins Mega Bright Serum (it’s made such a big difference in my skin!).
The Clarisonic deserves a mention!
Aria Deep Pore brush head, Fresh Seaberry Oil, Sisley Sunscreen spf 30
La Mer the Cleansing Lotion
La Mer the Concentrate
La Mer the Creme de la Mer
La Mer the Eye Concentrate
La Mer the The Mist
Shea Terra Organics Rose Hip Black Soap Cleanser
Thayers Witch Hazel
Raisin Face Skin Fix Concentrate – both versions, use the Xtreme at pm
Retin A
I have way more, but these are the ones I’ve been steady with for years.
Right now: IMAGE Vital C Cleanser, IMAGE A,C&E Serum, and Kate Somerville Exofikate
Origins Make a Difference + Ultra-Rich Rejuvenating Cream, Josie Maran Rose Water, and Origins a Perfect World Skin Guardian.
Cure Natural Aqua Gel, Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Recovery Complex II, and Guerlain Blanc de Perle Mattifying Hydrating Emulsion
1. Michael Todd Honey & Oat cleanser
2. Benefit It’s Potent eye cream
3. Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair night moisturizer
My clarisonic, boscia bright white mask, and Clinique sunscreen face cream. I change products after every empty bottle, unless I love a new product, those have remained consistent.
Philosophy Purity Made Simple, Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum and Fresh Lotus Youth Preserve Face Cream.
Diy lip scrub (vaseline, honey, and sugar), Palmers face oil in rose, & makeup remover wipes, I was skeptical they would work and had been using baby wipes and now I’m convinced they serve their purpose.
Olay Total Effects Anti-Aging Fragrance Free Moisturizer. It’s really good now that’s the weather is dry. I just wish it would absorb faster.
Paula’s Choice BHA & AHA (always, not just now!).
Also, may I add Simple gel face wash. I love how gentle, yet effective it is to take off eye makeup. And I do a second cleansing with it with a sponge to make sure everything is off (fdn, etc).
Organic Argan Oil
Retinol
Vitamin C Serum
Estee Lauder Daywear Advanced Multi-Protection SPF 50 and Neostrata Renewal Cream 12 PHA with a prescription cream who contains hydroquinone , retinol , vitamin c at night.
It’s hard to pick three; these are my everyday essentials and have been for a number of years since I first tried them
– Paula’s Choice Skin Recovery cleanser
– Paula’s Choice Skin Recovery toner
– Paula’s Choice 2% BHA liquid
– Paula’s Choice Super Antioxidant Concentrate Serum
– Paula’s Choice Resist Clear Skin Hydrator moisturizer
I also use several of her weekly treatments and several different moisturizers that I love.
I just have to say that I really enjoy reading these “user favourite” threads, whether for colour cosmetics or skin/hair/body care. There is just something really cool about seeing the huge variety of products that posters here have found good for their own needs. And it’s quite amazing to see the enormous variety of skin care stuff that is out there – even companies I’m familiar with have stuff I’ve never even heard of, let alone used, just because if I’m looking at stuff from “Brand A”, I might be looking for eye shadow or blush rather than skin care, etc.
DHC Face wash, DHC Acne Toner. and DHC acerola gel
Neutragena Make-up wipes (I’m lazy), CeraVe Moisturizing cream and jojoba oil. I do however, use my Clarisonic a few times per week with The Body Shop’s Tea Tree cleanser (which I hate because of the awful smell), it’s the only cleanser I own, will have to toss it and purchase another one soon.
AmorePacific Future Response Age Defense Crème (sample– no way I could afford the full size!)
Josie Maran 100% Pure Argan Oil
Eucerine Moisturizing Face Lotion
Mary Kay Timewise 3-in-1 cleanser, Night solution & Moisturizer
La Roche Posay Effeclar Duo, B.Clean Melting Gel Cleanser and Lush Full Of Grace
365 Everyday Value Daily Facial Cleanser (normal to oily skin)
Lumene Sensitive Touch 5 Minute SOS cream (this is such a great underrated skincare brand….I’ve been using this since my skin has been really dry and irritated lately and this helps quite a bit)
Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery Concentrate
Cleanser: Arbonne FC5 Hydrating Cleanser + Freshener (light and super gentle gel cleanser — the only cleanser that actually works for this long-time acne sufferer)
Moisturizer: (day) Arbonne FC5 Oil-Absorbing Day Lotion with SPF 20 (light and gentle, reduces oil production), (night) RE9 Advanced Night Repair Crème (rich, soothing, and firming)
Serum/Primer: Algenist Pore Corrector Anti-Aging Primer (light, smooth, keeps oil at bay all day)
1. paula’s choice RESIST super antioxidant serum
2. mac lightful softening lotion
3. shiseido ibuki refining lotion
my skin have been loving this combination so much! i have not had a single breakout since i started using these products and my skin is smooth, supple and glowing. the best skin i’ve had in a very long time!
