Soleil

Tom Ford Beauty Soleil Sunlust Lipgloss ($56.00 for 0.24 oz.) is color-changing formula, so while it appeared translucent and just gold-shimmered initially, the base color was more of a peachy-pink, which yielded a heavily gold-shimmered, coral color on my lips. The applicator turned pinky-coral after the first use!

Per the brand, it was designed to have “high-shine” and be “non-sticky,” and both were accurate. There was nothing that indicated the level of coverage, though, which was more medium to semi-opaque. The consistency was smooth, lightweight, and not too thick or too thin, but the product settled visibly into my lip lines. It wore well for three hours, was lightly hydrating, and had a subtle, vanilla scent but no taste.

Tom Ford stuff is SO expensive! The lip gloss is pretty but is should be in the $35-40 price range. The Sisley Phyto lip gloss is $55 but has hyaluronic acid in it and maybe some other beneficial skin stuff? I do want to try some of his Bitter Peach perfume though…
