I thought I had reviewed all of the shades of Tom Ford’s blush line, but Ravish was missing–so I went and purchased one to review, and lo and behold… I do have one, so I must have picked it up awhile ago with the intent to review and it got lost in the shuffle! I discovered this as I decided to re-do swatches and photos of the other five shades as well (see those here). Tom Ford’s Cheek Color is a powder blush that’s supposed to be “color-rich” with “outstanding luminosity.” I’ve been hooked on the formula since trying it years ago, due to the texture: it’s incredibly finely-milled with a creamy, buttery, and smooth consistency that blends easily on the skin and yields a luminous sheen. It was richly pigmented with true-to-pan color, but it can be applied with a lighter hand or just blended and diffused for a less intense look, if desired. On me, it wore well for over nine hours.

Oh wow! Not only is the color itself beautiful, but the application is excellent. Very smooth.
It has a great finish on the skin!
I’ve had this color for about a year or so now and I absolutely love it.
It’s a gorgeous shade!
It looks more coral red to me, but it’s pretty!
It is a nice one!
It’s absolutely stunning, of course. I really like this shade on you.
Thank you, Rachel!
Crazy though I’m sure it sounds, considering that I’m willing to spend much $$$’s on Honeymoon or Chanel Empriente du Desert, I will go for a less pricey blush dupe for this. Primarily, because it is so easily duped above. MAC Love Thing and MUG Covet have spots on my wishlist, as does LG Pink Grapefruit. BUT; Ravish is an absolutely beautiful shade, though!
Haha! I will spend for a good blush, since I am all about texture. Like I really wish more brands would have the texture of TF’s blushes – for whatever reason, very few do.
My head spun when I saw $60 for a blush…they are really tripping with these prices.
It is a luxury brand for sure!
That is quite lovely!
It is!
It is a fantastic blush. I find I wear it a lot in fall.
You will definitely see me pulling it out more this fall! I am ashamed to have owned it for so long and forgotten about it, LOL.
Gorgeous colour and a beautiful finish. Looks superb on you Christine.
Thank you, Genevieve!
Mine came today! I haven’t applied it yet, just gazed at it, but I’m already in love…
Hope you love it when you try it, Julia!
Ohhh!! love this colour!! It’s a perfect shade for the Fall!
It is nice!
It looks really good, very beautiful. Unfortunately TF cost a lot, and even more here so I’ll not buy any of the brands blushes. I own very few TF products, and the ones I do own aren’t that much better than other less costly brands. I probably bought the wrong things from TF ๐
TF is a budget-breaker, lol!
Christine, I have seen in a few recent reviews/comments from people that Wicked is now matte, no more shimmer to it. Do you have any idea if this is true? I’ve been wanting to purchase it, but I’m afraid it will be different from your review seeing as your review was done a few years ago and the more recent reviews I have seen have said that the formula was changed and the shimmer removed. I want a shimmery Wicked, not matte!!!
I have no idea – I do 99% of my shopping online, so I wouldn’t know without buying it!
Oh, that’s gorgeous <3 Tom Ford blushes really are beautiful….
They are!
Looks sooo good on you, especially with that Shiseido lipstick – perfect match.
Thanks so much, Betty! ๐
This shade is a stunner on you, Christine! It’s a shade I’m not sure would compliment my skintone (I can get redness in my cheeks). Spent a short time in Chicago this past weekend and ducked into Nordstrom to check out the Charlotte Tilbury counter but spied a new TOM FORD counter and made a bee-line to the blushes. Walked away with Love Lust, which I adore. ADORE! On me, there’s an underlying bronzy tone that works so well with the peachy shimmery main tone. I tried on Flush but it didn’t stand out on me (and I was in a rush). $60 for Love Lust was well worth it. If the range is like this,I could easily modify my buying habits to afford. I want to be buried wearing Love Lust!
I love the warmer, less pink coloring of Love Lust – that is really why it stands out from NARS Orgasm and its neverending list of dupes!
LOL, I was contemplating between choosing Ravish Vs. Savage for quite some time and finally bought Savage because it’s more unique and who needs zilions of plummy rose blushes anyway? Waitโฆ, I do! So I went back and bought Ravish as well ๐
Haha! They are both lovely shades. Enjoy ’em, Ade!
