Tom Ford Cherry Smoke Eye Color Quad Review & Swatches

Cherry Smoke
Tom Ford Beauty Cherry Smoke Eye Color Quad ($90.00 for 0.35 oz.) features the brand’s more traditional powder eyeshadow formula with two matte shades, one satin shade, and one more sparkly shade. The mattes were finely-milled and blendable, but the shimmers could have been better–obviously at this price point, this product needs to deliver exactly as you want it to in order to be “worth” it.

This quad is very similar to the last one and again, needs some lighter shades to provide some contrast.
Otherwise, it is OK, but not great.
You mean you’re not rushing out to buy TWO (one for you and one for me)? I thought the same thing seeing this review photo – “Wasn’t that just reviewed the other day”? I guess Tom Ford is trying to force even more of your and my favourite shades on us!
This color story really could have worked if there had been excellent quality (especially at THIS price point!) as well as greater contrast between the shades, because it all just runs together without at least one much lighter, brighter shimmer or metallic.
