theBalm Curvy Cami Eyeshadow ($16.00 for 0.12 oz.) is described as a “plum shimmer with gold flecks.” Â It’s a medium-dark plum with subtle red-mauve undertones and even subtler gold shimmer. Â I love how it is a red-based purple without being obvious, which makes it easier to wear and more universally suitable.
my thoughts on the formula: Curvy Cami has a very soft, silky texture, but it is a touch powdery and doesn’t seem as pigment-packed as other theBalm eyeshadows I’ve tested.  It is easy to blend because of the soft texture.  Worth noting, too, is individual eyeshadows come with 0.12 oz., which is just over double the average eyeshdaow–and at a rather affordable price tag.

Woww this looks so pretty!!
Lately I’m loving purple with gold. <3
Love this one!
I bought Jealous Jordana and I am loving it. I would buy this shade if it were more pigmented.
Thanks Christine! From the swatches, I can see that it’s a touch powdery. But it’s a pretty colour nonetheless 🙂
OOh, what a gorgeous, nuanced color! These The Balm colors are all looking really impressive!
Looks similar to a loose shadow from MUFE, but without the interesting underlying blue. The MUGE one is very pigmented. So I’d probably skip on this one.
Um, sorry, but the color reminds me of a bruise.
Love when you post the ingredients to any product; makes it easy for those of us who are allergic to or simply want to avoid certain ingredients. Thank you.
Loving this purple, but I have to stay away. Lately whenever I wear some shades of purple, I get pink-eye the next day. Mind you, this doesn’t happen with all purples, so I can’t figure out what I’m allergic to in certain colors. Has any one else had this reaction to purples? I got the most severe reaction to Fig1 and sketch from Mac.
Another one I own and love.
