I didn’t hesitate to buy the whole set even though I am sure I have dupes for this all. I like Shayla a lot, she seems authentic and has stayed true to the person she was on IG with a few thousand followers to now and I like that in these beauty personalities so I will support her. I liked that the entire set was $59 THATS AMAZING especially given the good reviews and colourpops track record with great products. You just can’t beat copping an entire set for the price of one palette! Since Ulta has started carrying ColourPop I have now purchased 10 eye shadows and they are FABULOUS! I a right there with your husband Christine in that I do not see why I will continue to buy other expansive makeup LOL (ok not entirely true lol) Their lipsticks are not my fav but they are still good enough and the prices are phenom.
Overall I am impressed with this set because it is definitely Shayla abd I especially love her naming a color after Titus. Her dog was so cute and it’s so sad that he died – so to remember him this way is pretty darn cool.
I really like it overall – and awesome to hear the whole shabang was $59, not bad at all. I’ve always like Shayla, but I’m an intermittent follower of YTers in general (depends on how busy and off in my own world I get, lol), so it’s good to hear that you’ve enjoyed her personality and content for so long!
I agree, Mo Merrell, Shayla is very down to earth and for real. Honest, too, which is a rarity amongst YT vloggers! I’m seriously hoping that CP replaces KL with Shayla as their primary influencer.
I’m so torn between getting this palette or not! It is very nicely put together and has excellent quality, but is very dupable unfortunately. I’m definitely going to buy C’mon Sis lipstick and Pose Luster Dust. Trying to be good because the MAC x Aaliyah collection is coming up in June, and I want it all!
