Spying some very interesting color combinations! I’d like that!
Sugarpill C2 looks quite solid. Viseart Chou Chou Palette is so different that I don’t know how I feel about it. And Jouer Passion may possibly be my winner!

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a popsicle the color of Popsicle. Bomb Pops being the superior popsicle. RIP Flintstones Pop Ups, seven-year-old me hardly knew ye. But these look fun and a bit more like what I envision ‘summer colors’ to be: bright and colorful. If I designed a summer palette it’d probably look like someone used a color picker on a beach tote.

Spring and summer releases usually mean a plethora of pinks, oranges and reds….and these palettes have lots of those kind of shades. Icy is a good contrast shade in Chou Chou and Skyrise is a pretty teal shade in C2.
But personally, I am tired of all the pink themed palettes around lately.

I’m kinda sad that Sugarpill isn’t offering any of these as singles. I’d definitely want Young Blood and Side Eye.

I’m done with hot pink eyeshadow! I’ve got plenty that I don’t use, lol.

I got my SugarPill Capsule 2 Wednesday, and I used it both Thursday and Friday. It’s utterly outstanding! The blush and teal shadow are standouts for me.

I’m interested in Chou Chou — I really like that instead of going with an obvious and ubiquitous gold, Viseart chose a silver pop. I like the looks of the Darling blush duo, but I probably won’t pull the trigger on that one. I want to get a Cover FX blush duo when they go on Ulta’s 21 days sale.

I would buy the Jouer “Passion” blush duo but I have one of the blushes. Treasure is in their Bouquet D’Amour blush palette and I really like it. I have the Viseart mini and like it , soft and pretty for spring.I’ll pass on Sugarpill’s latest. Still enjoying my Sugarpill Fun size palette!

That yellow in the C2 palette physically manifested in my house and sucker punched me. What in the world? I’ve never seen a yellow swatch that packs a punch quite like that… let’s hope the rating is up to par.
I’m not in a hurry to purchase this palette in any form, though whenever I feel like my eyeshadow collection is devoid of this specific niche (I call it “neutral palette with a twist”. Already own a couple as of right now.) I’m definitely putting this one high on my options list if it gets a score as good as the C1.
There’s just something about the color story that draws me in. The neutrals there have all a twist to them through a fresher undertone, and the “pops” aren’t too nonsensical. I’ve also warmed up to that packaging way more than I expected!
I’m really interested in seeing how the Capsule series pans out, as well. It’s interesting how they’re called “pink” or “orange” but then don’t have the aforementioned colors “lead” the color story as a whole – but somehow it doesn’t make it a disappointment, if that makes sense. Specifically with the C2 (C1 did have some pinks) I think the choice to opt out of oranges in a palette that will have mostly neutrals is a genius move. If one’s bought any eyeshadow palettes in the last few years, I’d reckon we’d already be stacked up on those orange-toned browns and straight up oranges as well. Imagining this palette having legitimate orange tones inside is interesting that way, considering I definitely wouldn’t be as interested in it. It sticks out of the bunch without them.
