I use MAC's Brush Cleanser and baby shampoo - I prefer baby shampoo for day to day cleaning and then the brush cleanser for more thorough cleansing.

I file my nails with a glass nail file every so often to shape or shorten (if it's not a lot), otherwise clip when they get too long. I don't use any treatments.
