I think there's a too young--I don't think it's appropriate for a five year old to be wearing makeup on a regular basis. I totally get playing dress-up, recitals, and the like, but...

I'd say more by occasion or season than how I feel. I tend to reach for lighter scents for spring/summer and daytime wear, heavier scents for evenings out.

Very important! With an eye look, they certainly frame the face and what makeup you're wearing on the eyes, but with well-groomed brows, it can instantly make you look more polished even if you don't have much makeup (or any!) on.
