I think so! Red works well with black, and it can also work well with yellows and oranges--like a sunset! Reds with pinks tend to be disastrous for me!

It's not - I only use face primers if I really need it to last beautifully for hours and hours. I usually use Eve Pearl's Moisturizing Primer and Hourglass' Mineral Veil.

Are brush strokes ever okay in a nail polish? Does it make some look cool or is it always a deal-breaker?
When they look like threads, I think it can make a finish look very metallic, but if they curve at all, it can ruin a polish.
