Intense pigmentation, satin to pearl finishes (though I’m digging metallic finishes these days), smooth, creamy, moderately dense textures that aren’t too thick or too thin. If it applies pretty well on bare skin, I know it’ll be just that much better over primer.
Luminous/pearly finishes — it can be hard to find, particularly at sub-$30 price points. I love shine, creaminess, and a little shimmer in my lip color.
I kind of dig highlighters of all types–barely-there to glitter–but I tend to like ones that have some color to them!
At least medium coverage, if not mostly opaque coverage, with a cream-powder like feel and a pearl to metallic finish! And if they make it in coral… 😉
