We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

I’m so excited that they came out with such a good variety of new pressed powder singles! (Just unfortunate that these are LE…)

Happy to see that many of the cool colors I was most intrigued by when this collection was announced swatched well, at least. And with all these bright colors, I might be able to basically put together the Mardi Gras inspired pallete I made a mock-up of back when you had the post about ideas for CP 16-pan palettes! (Would just need to add in a true green that I already have, I think?)

And one swatch surprised me – Fault Line is more of a complex color than I anticipated! So pretty ?

Ditto on the ones that “I may have wanted” which I’ll assume as those that I would have wanted like the shimmers and chromes. The mattes seemed to be really nice, but then rarely use my previous Colour Pop purchases (don’t know why either, need to take them out). Have they not been a favorite because of blending poorly?

Yes, exactly right. I like the fact that CP tries to stay up with what their customers wants as far as shades go. But, the quality is hit or miss. Some of their products are difficult to make work right. Many tend to be dry or dusty, poorly pigmented and/or patchy, and are more challenging to build and blend. Even though their pricing is great, it’s not a deal if you can’t use it or have to spend too much time making it work for you.

Yes, and your comment has encouraged me to take out my sole CP shades (about 4 I think) and try them again. Perhaps that’s why I never much used them, so I’m going to try again, just to make sure. 😉

Oh gosh, I don’t think I’ll be able to resist picking up a few of these. I’m usually very neutral but lately I’ve wanted some brighter colors and this is the right price for experimenting.

I wish they had put this in an actual palette, it would have been a more affordable alternative to something like Natasha Denona Tropic Palette. BUT COLOR!

Texture and pigment may vary, but hoping their actual palettes start getting more colorful for summer.
