ColourPop On the Rise is a moderately warm-toned, medium purple with a satin finish. It is a permanent eyeshadow that retails for $4.50 and contains 0.05 oz.
On the Rise is a bright, medium purple with strong, warm pink undertones and a pearly sheen. It was richly pigmented and adhered evenly to bare skin, while the edges blended out without issue. The consistency was smooth to the touch and felt a little more silicone-like, as there was a bit of slip, but it picked up well with a brush and transferred well onto my lid. This shade lasted nicely on my lid for eight hours.
