ColourPop Howlin' Pressed Powder Shadow ($5.00 for 0.04 oz.) is a light-medium lavender with cool undertones and a matte finish. It had semi-opaque pigmentation with a soft, lightly dusty texture that was fairly blendable and didn't sheer out too readily when applied. I would recommend patting it over primer, which helped improve the payoff. It lasted for seven and a half hours on me.
