I wish I was drawn to the colors in this, because I LOVE the concept and the packaging is drop-dead gorgeous. But the shade selection is meh to me and the shadows don’t look particularly action-packed in the swatches. I’m looking forward to the full review! Thanks for the sneak peek!

Lauren Avatar

I had already decided that I didn’t need this. But I have changed my mind. I think I may need this after all. The swatches look so pretty, different from my other travel palettes, and I’m a sucker for all in one travel palettes.

Veronica Avatar

Oh, I’m digging this as a whole! Though it’s a shame they didn’t go for a more diverse mix of neutrals. It’s a little hard to justify getting this when I don’t travel / carry makeup kits around often and most colors are so similar to those of Naked 1/2, which I already own.

For that price, I think I’ll aim for a non-neutral pallete instead!

Marlene Avatar

Wow UD, nice orange blush you have there! O.O I could never EVER get away with that, jaysus. Not surprising at all, since my only true match in foundations is Sheer Glow Siberia, not even Terre Neuve TM is light enough xD

Georgia Avatar

Yay! I can’t wait to see your full review on this. I’m still hesitant on buying Naked on the Run but maybe your upcoming review may convince me to buy it.

I looks really nice, I’m interested on your opinion on how well the shadows blend and last, then ill decided if its a must. So far looks really pretty; specially because pima basic eye kinda girl, usually a light shimmery color on my lid and a nice brown for my crease. This might really workout. One question, did I miss the swatch for the highlight?

Ginny Avatar

I really like all the colors and it swatches great! I can’t though, I have to curb myself. Also there’s something about these all in one palettes that makes me feel like….. Like, how dare they coordinate my eyeshadows and cheek products for me. I have a meticulously selected collection to do that myself, thank you very much!

I like everything except for the bronzer – will be WAY too orange for me, and the Dive eyeshadow is warmer than I expected. Love the packaging but at $ 54, will have to think about this one…in your full review, can you comment on the weight of this travel kit? Thanks!

Ashley B Avatar

Well poo…I love the concept, but I feel like I already have dupes for all of these colors. I was also hoping that Stag would be more exciting. Gonna have to pass, but hopefully they will come out with more palettes like this. Thanks for the assist on saving me $54 ^_~

Sometimes UD’s layout choices confuse me. The shadows are mostly lovely colors, but for a complete palette there’s not enough light or mid-tone shades going on. Kind of dark for a complete look. That bronzer looks wicked orange, but the blush color is pretty and Stun looks very appropriately-named.

MichelleChefNYC Avatar

Wow, a lot of darker shades in here. I like the concept of this, an all in one type palette that would be great for on the go, but I am just not drawn to any of the shades. Seems like it would be hard to get a variety of comprehensive eye looks with this. I think this will be a pass for me, my wallet will appreciate that!

Rachel R. Avatar

I like this a lot. The bronzer might even be fair girl friendly (?). If not, I’d use it as an eyeshadow. The 50/50 eyeshadow would pull double duty as a highlighter. That blush is gorgeous!

balsam Avatar

I’ve been looking for a quality multi-purpose palette (with highlight, bronzer, blush, and eyeshadow) for a good while, this palette looks like it might’ve been just the ticket..if it wasn’t for the super orange looking bronzer !
Do you have any other rec’s for a good multi purpose palette? I feel like the Tarte After Dark Palette might have been a good’un, only it was limited edition :-X 🙂

Olivia Avatar

the blush and bronzer ruin this for me! 🙁

Actually.. .maybe I could use the bronzer as a blush. or mix the two together because I hate cool toned bright pink blushes. Hm…

Jaa Avatar

When I first saw the photos of this palette, I thought for sure I was going to get it but now that I’ve seen your swatches…. I’m having a second thought (a good thing I guess, lol)! Do you know if Stag is a new shade? That blush is so beautiful and the third and fifth shadows look amazing but everything else is just OK to me. Guess I will wait for your full review! 🙂

suus Avatar

Oh wow. I was not sure about the blush and bronzer, but i loooovvee it! Lippies too, would any lipgloss fit in there or is it a particular size? Also with the mascara, can you replace it? As it will run empty before the rest of the palette..
what.would you recommand for travel, this palette or a combo of naked basics and naked flushed?

Veronica Avatar

Stag is a gorgeous liner color and needs to be added to the permanent line stat (ALONG WITH STRAY DOG PLZ), but the rest of it is entirely too warm for me. The blush looks oddly cool on my monitor, though. If it is, that seems like a bizarre choice to have the cheek color cooler-toned than the rest of the palette.

Alexandra Avatar

I wasn’t sure if I was going to be into this but everything looks nicely pigmented! Stun is especially gorgeous, please let it be a single shadow one day…. *prays*

Sarah Avatar

Okay, wow, I’m completely swayed after seeing the swatches. This is the perfect palette for me. Stun is the type of shade that I feel should be in Naked already. I think I want to purchase now! This is awful haha, I was hoping the shades would be close to ones I already have!!

olivia bercik Avatar

That bronzer will make me look like I just played in mud. =\ I still want it though. maybe i can use it for an eyeshadow.. Dunno. Reason why I didn’t like my flushed palette.

Bonnie Avatar

I can’t wait to see the whole thing on you Christine! Dying to know your thoughts on it all too. Personally I wish the lipgloss was more pigmented and opaque. And the blush/bronzer is a weird cool/warm combo. The eyeshadows look nice though. I think the eyeliner looks a LOT like the darker brown from Ocho Loco 2, don’t you?

Sami Avatar

Naked on the Run and Resist are pretty but I’m just not thrilled with this palette. I hate when they build in spots for removable products too, it just seems like a waste of packaging for products that most people will probably take out and store elsewhere. I definitely can’t wait til we get past naked and on to the next UD line

Linda Avatar

At first , I fell in love with palette , as it looks all in one you need . But taking closer look , I changed my mind 🙁 Sadly, as its a great idea .
eye shadows are quite similar , needs at least one darker brown .
(same issue with Naked basic palettes , they are missing darker colors , are they doing them on purpose that way ? So you always need to buy the next one, hoping it would be perfect .
Not a fan of the lip gloss shade and bronzer would be too light for me .

Love the blush , I wish I could squeeze Chanel Extase lipgloss and some Inglot matte eye shadows into this beautiful packaging. Would be my perfect everyday bag essential 🙁
