Not sure about the formula, some of the swatches look so-so, but some pretty colors here, but will probably skip this whole collection. I think the lip duos are overpriced at $ 60, and much prefer the convenience of swipe-and-go lipsticks. As for the duo cheek/highlighter sets, they remind me of MAC Quick Trik sticks, as well as a number of other cheaper options available

Not crazy about the pairings, really, unless these are meant to be used for an ombres lip? But even then, Nyx has something similar I believe, or one could do the same effect with a lip liner. Perhaps I’ll be moved to love one of them once I read your reviews.
As for the cheek duos; newp! Those look sooo greasy that they’d slide right off my cheeks!

I’m sure the intention is an ombre lip. Also curious about the price per oz comparison to lips & boys. I do like how glossly some are.

I’ve read that the Shade & Illuminate Cheeks are sheer and buildable. Wonder how built up they would need to be to get to pigmention of a Pink Sand. Notice also that Bobbi Brown has come out with cream blush & highlight duos.

I ordered Saboteur and Sublimate. We’ll see…… From the looks of your photos, I am assuming the two lip colors in the compact are like cream lipsticks?

I’m excited to see the reviews for the cheek duos! I love a glossy cheek look, and the “shade” color from the original Shade and Illuminate is too warm for my skin tone.

I also have been in the market for a new cream blush, since my favorite Le Metier de Beaute ones seem to have been discontinued or at least phased out of many retailers…. excited to see how these perform!

Oh gosh, I really love the SA at my local Tom Ford counter, but none of this really excites me. I like the convenience of a bullet lipstick. Just swipe and go. Not a huge fan of cream cheek color products either. Sigh. I almost get the feeling that some of the recent releases were contrived just to sell product. I wish they’d bring the eye quad in Enchantment (it was LE and I missed out on it) and create other quads in the wet/dry formula which is really superior in quality.

I would love to read reviews on this collection. I am a fan of Tom Ford. This palette has off colors and the blush would be all over my face, hair and lips. I prefer my lipstick in a tube. Too many bad experiences from a palette. But we shall be waiting for reviews.

Looks like I’ll be skipping these. Not a fan of lip products in pans, and shiny cheeks, well, I would just look sweaty. I don’t think I’ve been enamored with a TF product since the Nude Dip quad was released. And that thing lives in my makeup case. Permanently. ?

Hi Nancy, not long ago, I bought Nude Dip but I’m a little underwhelmed despite researching it and looking at many swatches. What ways do you like to wear it? Any advice would be appreciated! I want to love this palette as much as others do.

Hi Tracey, my typical look is this: start out with the dark brown (lower left) in outer third of lid. Use either cream (upper left) all over rest of lid, or peach (upper right) all over rest of lid. Cream also in the inner corner.
Dark brown works as a soft liner under lower lashes or on upper lash line if I have time.
I sometimes use the peach or the taupe (lower left) as an all over one and done shadow. For me, the strengths of the palette are that it’s soooo blendable, no matter what primer I’m experimenting with, it wears well, and is forgiving of my crepey 55 year old eyelids. Weakness, I guess, is that I have to go elsewhere for a matte brow highlight.
FYI, I have red/grey hair and very fair skin, so these colors show up well on me. I hope this helps!

Oh my goodness, Nancy, this really helps A LOT! Thank you so much for taking the time to pass along along your application methods. Am looking forward trying to them out!! I have dark brown/orangey hair, light-medium complexion and the crepey, hooded eyelids, so any forgiving palette has a welcome home with me! Thank you again, Nancy, so much!

I really like these shades! Ive noticed an increase in lip palettes in the market lately (UD, ABH, Smashbox, BB) Ive personally never been the biggest fan of them since I prefer the convenience of a lipstick and i’m weary about them going bad too rapidly. However, since these are duos I may be willing to give it go if your review is positive.

I anxiously await your reviews on the blush duos…I want to love them as I love cream blush but they look really sheer, plus Bobbi Brown has great cream blush duos out right now and they are much cheaper (and more pigmented.)

I hope you also get the palette for review!!!

I have been staying away from Tom Ford for a while now. Yes, very overpriced but so are some other high end brands. I have two lipsticks from TF and although I like the shades, I am disappointed in the fact that they started to smell weird in less than 3 months of opening.
Now I am interested in the Impulse lip duo. Gah!
