NARS Fall 2016 Audacious Lipsticks
On August 15th, there will be five new shades of NARS Audacious Lipstick ($32.00 for 0.14 oz.) available through NARS (all the other retailers will start selling on September 1st!). Here’s a quick look at them–I am testing these as soon as possible! 🙂

I really like Mona and Stefania! I was hoping Kate would be a more true purple and less pinky but what can you do. The formula looks impressive as always 🙂
Those are all lovely but I’m not sure I see a must have shade for me.

Naturellement! (You have to say it like John Cleese in fawlty towers) and my #2 is Shirley, of course. Better channel some anti-hauls, or they both come home with me. They aren’t out @ Sephora yet, and the DI blush palette wasn’t either. $ saved, for now. My purples are the grayed ones…age factor.

Apoline looks beautiful but is almost certainly too warm for me. Might pick up Kate, though, when I decide I need a new purple!

These look phenomenal quality-wise but to be honest none of the shades are unique. The Audacious lipstick line has so many reds and pinks already. I was hoping to see Nars come out with some different colors.
Apoline looks like a really nice nudey-pink shade, especially for those who find regular nudes too pale! And I love Kate and Mona a lot, too. These all look wonderful and wearable.
Yeah…I think I’m gonna need all of these! ?

I think that Apoline and Mona will be coming home with me. I don’t have a bunch of nudes in my stash as my skin tone is pale but my lips are very pigmented and they just look weird on me. I think Apoline has enough of a pink base that I might be able to pull it off. I love the Nars Audacious line and they wear well for me.
Apoline and Kate, absolutely! I’m fairly new to NARS lipsticks. I own about 98% MAC lipsticks. It’s past time for me to branch out, you think;)

These look awesome! Apoline for day, Stephania for after work. Shirley just might have enough coolness & blue undertone for me to wear. Can’t wait until these are available…
Ugh, I want them all. Apoline might even get me to try a nude lipstick after all these years. Shirley and Kate look fantastic; Mona is almost too brown for me, but worth a shot and Stefania is so bright.

Mona and Shirley are quite pretty. I continue to be surprised by heavily warm-toned the line is overall, though.
I feel like the Audacious lipsticks are in some kind of battle with Bite’s Amuse-Bouche for possession of my wallet.
Clearly, one of these is coming home the second I can get my grubby little hands on it. But I’m surprised at how much I like Apolin. Shirley and Stefania are also stunning, but I’ll have to see how many similar shades I have.

When you first posted these were coming up I tried to comment and was so excited I never did get myself to make sense lol However I’m pretty sure I’ve bored the crap outta everyone with my audacious love so my incoherent excitement isn’t surprising. Now that I see them I’m kinda bummed that a couple of them seem redundant to what’s already offered. ::I’m sorry Nars Audacious for saying anything less than positive! Please still bless me with long lasting color and no dry lips:: I really dig Apoline and Kate. Those are 100% coming home to me. Mona and Shirley though remind me so much of like; Charlotte, Leslie, Bette, Jeanne I think there are 2 more not recalling the names of them offhand but the line was already rich in similar shades. Stefania reminds me of one of the Vice lipsticks….firebird maybe? I know Big Bang has the sparkle…. I think it’s firebird. Anyway, I’m just thrilled Nars added to the line. 2 new Audacious shades!!! Christmas and my birthday all in one shot 😀

I really hate this formula (yes, I know it’s just me), but Shirley and Mona are so pretty that I know I’m going to at least try these on. You know, just in case I’ve changed my mind.
I’m planning on getting at least 2 of these. Such a fantastic formula, so glad they added more!
