ColourPop Lux Lipstick ($7.00 for 0.12 oz.) is a new formula that is supposed to be a “creamy-matte” that “glides on like butter, doesn’t feather or bleed, and lasts so long you’ll forget you’re even wearing it.” There are 24 shades, and they release on January 31st at 10AM PST!

Oh man, these initial swatches look great – even for the bolder/less-natural colors! (And that teal is *pretty*) Hope they’re actually long-lasting like they claim. Certainly wouldn’t mind have another solid but inexpensive choice in the bullet lipstick realm! ?
These look pretty stunning to me and lots of gorgeous shades to choose from too. If these rate really well, and they look like they will, they will be a bit hit.

Placing my bets now that these are going to rival the quality of the new KVD lipsticks at a fraction of the price. Whether the ingredients are going to be as safe, who knows???
I say this as a lover of KVD and her studded lipsticks, I think these look so much better.

Omg! I’m loving many colors here except the too light or too dark which already have to experiment with from WetnWild, City Color but everything in between! Do I need Uno Más? Literally? No! But their quality is pretty good just when I though I had collected about every super shock shadow I fell in love with! And a few pressed powder as well not bad either. And on a makeup diet – no space! I’ll sing this tune…What is love? Baby don’t hurt me! Don’t hurt me no more! Colourpop don’t hurt my wallet no more. Lol!

Colourpop is addictive!
I love Still Crazy, Ghosted, and On Display. Getty is gorgeous! I’m still trying to grasp how these are different than Lippie Stix though, besides the applicator and amount of product. I was a little surprised that they decided on adding another lip product vs. something like a foundation to the line. I do love a traditional lipstick though, and these look really great.
LOVE the embossed stars on the bullets! I really like the look of What If, Friends, and Getty.

Ooh! I hope the quality is there! I think I’ve had two Lippie Stix break on me, but I do think they’re great quality for the price. Would love if they had a lipstick in Grunge, my favorite by them.

Some of these look promising! If they are as long lasting as they claim to be and matte/creamy combo…They are being released the day that I’m getting my lips filled in so I won’t be able to test the no feathering feature. Heartbroken . I like nudes and really bold, dark or bright colors and the latter and creamy consistencies cause issues big time. I’d like to be able to wear creamier consistencies due to the cold outside and the forced air inside. The swatches look great! Not a bad one in the bunch.

I read somewhere that this formula is similar to their Lippie Stix. Do you agree with this claim?
That information that was preliminary posted by some was wrong – ColourPop stated it’s a new formula 🙂 I just got them, so I haven’t had time to test yet!
Beauty News said AFTER the formula was released that it was just the same formula repackaged? Were they wrong? Colourpop won’t give a straight answer about it. Do you have any more info by now?
ColourPop posted a video before these launched that talked about the process they went through in order to develop the formula. I think they even have a video talking about the differences between the two. The way they wear down and the weight is pretty different than a typical Lippie Stix.
I’m glad to hear that. I like Colourpop but I have hated every lip product I’ve tried. Been burned so many times I’m suspicious LOL!
These look lux! My personal favorites are: Uno Mas, 27, Ghosted, On Repeat Money Side Up and especially, Getty! Someone *finally* got a teal lipstick just right, perhaps!

These look nice, I have my eyes on LA Lady, 27, and Getty. Getty looks really nice and might be a blue that suits me.
These look really impressive for the price point. Definitely not matte though.. So much use of this descriptor lately when they are anything but.

WHOA, these look really good! Def ordering a couple, as CP consistently has great lip products (I’ve only ever had a problem with a Crystal balm and a Blotted Lip breaking off at the base). I hope these are unscented? The vanilla fragrance in some/all of the Lippie Stix is a big turn-off for me.
This shade range is fabulous and the colors are really doing it for me. I like Stone Fox and Appy the best so far so I may have to try them out!
Wow, there are some really pretty shades here! I like the shades Gallop, What If (BTW, that was a song by Aaliyah), 27, Ghosted, Friends, Getty, On Repeat, and Money Side Up. If they perform as well as they are swatched $7 is a great deal for them. I don’t know why I’m listing them because I’m “supposed” to be on a no lipstick buy for 2018 (the struggle is real). 🙁

These look like a real bargain. Nice creamy texture and decent color payoff. And of course the casing HAS to be rose gold.
Wow. Impressed. I hope the ingredients work out for me—I am allergic to so many lipsticks. I have to say I really like the their ultra satin lip but it’s so hard for me to keep it from feathering
