Smashbox Be Legendary Lipsticks
Smashbox Be Legendary Lipsticks ($21.00 for 0.10 oz.) has two finishes–Cream and Matte–and I have nine of each formula swatched below, for a total of 18. (For reference, that’s about half of each line; there are 18 shades per finish.) Looking forward to testing these out as it has been awhile since I have tried a Smashbox lipstick!

Oooh, I can’t even remember the last time I bought anything from Smashbox, but Violet Riot looks good! And Punked Be
Smashbox sent me a deluxe sample with my last order. It’s already in a bag for me to give away. In all fairness though, the shade was terrible for me as well. I’m very curious for your reviews on these as I’d love to know if it was a “one off” or the entire line. I do like a number of the shades you’ve previewed.
Some of these look nice. Cognac is a nice color and I’m drawn to it but I don’t think it’s very wearable for cool toned people.
Chai is a beautiful shade, might have to pick it up tomorrow at the mall.
I have a couple of the cream finish ones, Primrose and Legendary and they are worthy of a try. Just a nice overall formula at a decent price point.
I haven’t bought anything from Smashbox in awhile but these look tempting. Can’t wait for reviews.
Nice ones. I actually said aloud, “Oooo, I might wanna Get Fired…I mean, I don’t want TO GET fired…you know what I mean!” LOL. Femme Fatale and Cognac look great, too.
These look like a mixed bag, but there are some really nice shades.
I haven’t bought anything from Smashbox in ages. There are some lipsticks here that might tempt be, depending on the reviews. Violet Riot, Tabloid and Punked. I was surprised when I scrolled through the photos, so many workplace friendly ones (in my mind) and then, all of a sudden, Punked. I’m not sure how I’d look in such a greyish colour, but I do like it.
Most of these look very nice on! I’ll probably avoid the very light shades, but the mid tone shades look beautiful.
I’m fair and cool toned, so I’m not usually drawn to many warm tone lipsticks, but I really like the way Cognac swatched. Unzipped and Jam On It are also calling out to me.

Wow, there are some really pretty shades here! Audition and Safe Word are jumping out at me. PLEASE be hydrating and please do not have an overpowering purfume-y scent. Can’t wait for the reviews. Thank you for the sneak peek.

These kinda look like drugstore quality lipsticks. But then again there are a lot good drugstore lipsticks out there
Pinch Me is pretty! I really love Honey even though it’s been discontinued now. Nude Beach is also a good one.
I really like LA Sunset and Safeword!! I wanted Punked initially when these came out, but when I swatched it in-store months ago it was so patchy!!! I’m surprised it looks this good on you! It looks smooth on your lips. I’m very curious as to how these review!
I’ve never before been interested in Smashbox products, but Punked has really caught my eye! It’s so rare to see a grey lipstick that’s warm rather than cool.
Cognac is my favorite color. It’s the one lipstick I always keep two of. If i was allowed to take one lipstick color to an island, Cognac would be it!
Smashbox typically bores me and I don’t think I’ve ever bought one of their products. Punked looks cool though, and surprisingly wearable, especially layered maybe with something more pinkish?
I tried Nude Beach and loved it. However, there is no Smashbox in my country and the store that has Smashbox products offer them for a much more expensive amount. Would like to know is there’s a dupe for nude beach. Appreciate help from lipstick collectors.
