Mist (19) is a muted, lighter cornflower blue with cool undertones and a matte finish. The eyeshadow had semi-opaque pigmentation that was buildable to mostly opaque coverage over bare skin. The texture was soft, blendable, and lightly powdery, though fallout wasn't a concern. It wore well for eight hours on me before showing signs of fading.
