Viseart Azure (Bright Editorial #12) Eyeshadow ($12.00 for 0.07 oz.) is a deep, slightly muted blue with subtle, cool undertones and a matte finish. It had semi-opaque, buildable pigmentation with a soft, slightly drier texture that was a bit dusty in the pan, but it applied evenly and blended out without difficulty. It was one of those mattes that performed better in practice than swatched on my arm. It wore well for eight and a half hours on me before fading noticeably.
