Bijoux Royal #12 is a deep, almost blackened, bluish-teal with subtle, cool undertones and a frosted sheen. It is a "warmer" blue compared to your typical blue, which has a stronger, almost violet tone to it at times. The texture was soft, smooth, and blendable with just a bit of dryness to it.
